Description of Work: Rego Masonry rebuilt the front steps at our home in granite with fieldstone facing. Mr. Rego was not only extremely professional, punctual, and very reasonable, but his work has truly added value to our home and he was very patient while we worked out our budget. The finished product looks beautiful- we certainly are happy with our experience and judging from the number of passers by who comment on how nice the steps look, we are not the only ones who think the outcome was excellent. We would wholeheartedly recommend Valter Rego Masonry to anyone, anytime! Thank you Mr. Rego!

Description of Work: I met with him for a appraisal and he said it would be ready in two days since I'm closing on a house soon. But that was over a month ago after multiple calls to him and his secretary saying he would call me I have given up on a response.

Description of Work: Valter comes on time for the estimate and to start the work. His crew of 3-4 men do the work. I had both the front and side stoops replaced. I have a brick home and had problems with the mortar on the bricks wearing away. Valter's crew demolished and replaced the bricks with bluestone. The crew cleaned up all debris after the job was done.

Description of Work: Walter came to my house and gave me a quote. When I contacted him about starting the job he never returned my calls. If he did not want the job he should have been honest. The quote he gave me was to repair the bricks on the front of my house. The cause of the problem was the footing needed to be replaced and all the bricks needed to be removed, put in a steel footing and replace bricks. His quote was for patching the problem not correcting the problem.

Description of Work: I had been hoping to get the job done sooner but the weather for outside work ended up creating a scheduling back-up. The job was completed in a day and Valter was professional and very courteous. I'd use him again.
