I've been going to Firestone Complete Auto Care Store. I used to go there with my father. My father was a mechanic and he like Firestone because he thought the mechanics were good. You can sit there and wait for him to do it. You didn't have to lose the use of your car. You don't have to drop it off the night before and pick it up the next day or anything like that. You can just sit there and they have coffee. Well, they don't have coffee anymore. They used to. Now they have spring water. There's a little restaurant down the street and you can go have breakfast or whatever, then come back and see how they're doing. It might be done. It's fantastic. You don't even have to make an appointment. If you go early, the earlier you go, the faster they can get it done.

We had to take it back next day as the noise returned. Now there is much more noise after a few month, and we took the car to a Honda repair shop. They said that the part Firestone installed was not from Honda, did not fit, and they tried to temper to make it fit - and now I need to spend another 1,700 to fix it.

I would give them A’s across the board.

I used them about a month ago.  Basically on a hottest day my air condition went and I assumed it needed to be charged for the first time.  They give you a dollar amount before they begin.  They basically tell you if it is for a whole system it would be a $188 and if you don't want to go with the whole system but want to go with what the issue is before that then they charge you a different amount.  They did it in the matter of hours and it ended up being just a recharge but we didn't know that the car was fifteen years old.  They had it done in the period of hours and it was like $50.  However we did call them up the other day looking for just a bulb that we could put in the front of our car but they were really packed up and they couldn't even help us with a bulb.  I was really pleased with the air conditioning.  Their pricing is competitive and it's the same price anywhere.  They have been here for lots of years and you know that you are not going to get disappointed.  We were in the terrible heat wave and he turned it around in two hours.

I've used them for years and never had any problems at all. You can bring your car anytime and they'll take it. They usually have it done fairly quick because it's a good sized-place.

Quick service. They had to replace the window wipers as well. Called and got appointment same day.

EACH TIME I GO FOR SERVICE I DON'T HAVE TO WAIT LONG IN THE WAITING AREA. MAYBE 45 MIN TO AN HOUR, IF THAT. THEY ALSO TOOK MY CAR ONCE I GAVE THEM MY KEYS AND INFORMATION ON WHAT MY CAR NEEDED. I ENJOY THEIR SERVICE.
