"Thank you, so much, [removed member name] for your review. My deepest apologies if we were not clear enough on the "parts plus labor" part of our previous conversation. We will make sure to improve on our way of making it clear to our customers in the future. Hopefully you will understand that we performed other service which increased even more the expected expense on the chamber (fire box)."
Both Eddie and Willie are fantastic individuals. They always perform the work in a timely manner for a reasonable price. They always clean up any mess they make but are careful not to create a mess in the first place. They responded to my only "no hot water" emergency in just a few hours on a weekend. The pricing for our new equipment was very competitive with other estimates. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, my wife (and daughter) are extremely comfortable being alone in the home with either Eddie or Willie. I have recommended them to several friends and neighbors.
"[removed member name] What can I say? Thank you, so much, for such an excellent review. We look forward to servicing your heating equipment for a long time."
