It went really well. My home is 60 years old Cape cod style and cedar shingled. The team removed only the necessary shingles and reinstalled them. The Mass Save rep had not accounted for insulation in one dormer and the team were able to extend the job into an area I knew needed insulation. They installed weather stripping and really sealed the access to the attic. All in all I was very happy with their work.

Arrived on time, worked efficiently, did all that they were contracted for,cleaned everything up and they were polite. Non intrusive and great guys.

The contractor had good reviews so we emailed for an insulation quote. They did not return the email so we used another contractor.

Quite frankly it was fantastic. Don was working on my home and was ahead of schedule, hoping to finish early, when he found 72 feet of gap between my house and garage with his infrared gun. This gap was not noticed during the initial RISE inspection and was not covered in the estimate. He requested authorization from RISE to perform the extra work on that day and worked late into the evening. He saved me from having a 72 foot gap in my insulation, rescheduling additional work, and probably added expense. Thank you Don, Fred, Jake, and Corry!

Arrived on time, laid down paper to walk on (snowy day), kept house neat, no mess. Worked hard, job took 3 days. Very professional, courteous.

I was here on Monday morning when they arrived, and Ed, the crew supervisor was polite and informative as we walked around all the areas to be worked on. I then left them in the care of my 87 year old mother and went to work. On Tuesday when they returned to complete the work, I was not here. I had asked them however to call me when they were almost done so I could inspect the work. Tuesday however turned out to be a snow storm, so they left without calling me. I don't think I would have been able to get here from work in a timely manner anyway for the same reason. When I got home I inspected everything they did. The work this crew did was excellent! All the work was completed as listed. They did not leave any trace of insulation or other debris around. It's tough to get excited about insulation, but the workmanship inside the knee-wall area is great - the doors are nice and tight, and it already feels cold in there compared to the adjoining bedrooms. I even saw their soda bottles in my recycle bin which was out by the curb. I think my basement floor and the knee wall floor are cleaner than when they arrived. Before they did this work, there was always a few strips in my roof where the snow melted right away from the heat escaping the house. Those strips were covered with snow when I arrived home - so they passed the acid test. I have not always had good experiences with contractors, so all of this is amazing to me. Left unwatched, they did the job, cleaned up after themselves and generally left me very happy that this company did the work at my house. Great Job!

Everyone was so pleasant; worked very hard and fast until the job was done. House already feels warmer. Extremely pleased.

They were excellent. They were on time, the quality of their product was very good, and they were very clean. I would say they are more on the expensive side but their quality, their craftsmanship and their service was great. It was worth spending the extra money.

We had to contact Bruin Corp concerning our vinyl siding, a small area had separated, in September of 2012. They sent someone out in a timely manner and the repair was done quickly and professionally. we would use them again in the future.

They were very responsive and the job was done exactly as they said it would be done. Fantastic job! They were recommended by my condo association.

I would use this company again, they did what they said they were going to do. They did a great job, no delays in getting the windows installers were excellent, cleanup excellent, salesperson excellent, production manager excellent everyone we dealt with at this company were polite and we are very happy with the company and the way they treated us.

THE WORK THEY DID REPLACING MY WINDOWS WAS OF GOOD QUALITY. THEY WERE GOOD ABOUT NOT LEAVING A MESS WHEN THEY WERE WORKING AND WHEN THEY GOT DONE WORKING. I WAS QUITE PLEASED.
