Description of Work: BDL was one of 2 companies I contacted for a quote on a complete heating and cooling system replacement. They listened to me when I told them what I was looking for, responded promptly with their quote, and were willing to work with me on some small customizations and on price. The other company was slow to respond, quoted a more expensive system and much higher labor. and did not listen to me when I told them what I wanted. BDL was the clear choice, and they did not disappoint. You will be pleased if you use their services. I would like to thank Josh, Brian Chris and the whole team. I'm happy with my system and them.

My furnace died and BDL Heating and Cooling was recommended by a trusted source, so I called them for an estimate on the purchase and installation of my furnace. I also received 3 other estimates for the purchase and installation. BDL was not the cheapest nor was it the most expensive. BDL arrived when they said they would, came highly recommended and provided a competitive price and was able to install the furnace very quickly, which was an issue because it was getting seriously cold and I had no furnace. The installation went well, BDL showed up when they said they would, completed the installation in a timely manner and totally cleaned up when they were done. A few weeks later the condensation pump that was installed stopped working, which I attribute to sometimes you just get a bum part from the company. I contacted BDL and they immediately came out and replaced the defective pump, no charge as parts and labor were still under warranty. During this winter, which was exceptionally cold and snowy, the intake pipe, made of PVC pipe (which is standard, had a hole in it. Once again I called BDL and they came out in a timely manner and replaced it at no charge. There have been no issues since, and I don't attribute the issues that I had to BDL. I have since recommended BDL to my neighbor, who used them to install his new gas furnace and has had no problems. I have and would recommend BDL Heating and Cooling again.
