We think the Narrow Lane did an A+ job! Ron, the owner, is a great listener and he translated our ideas into a good plan that was quoted at a fair price. He communicated well to let us know when the work was due to start. His team made great progress every day, first removing all of the old chain link fence and trees, and also removing an enormous old tree stump. The wall they built looks great, with all the proper foundations and considerations for drainage - and following the fill and turf, our back yard is finally level and has a great lawn! Because we couldn't be here every day following the install, Ron came by and set up a system of sprinklers to ensure that the new lawn gets water every day which is essential. The paver area is also just great, really clean and well made, also ensuring that rain water drains away from the house. All of the work was done as planned, quickly and cleanly, and when they were finished, the clean up job was perfect - they also removed a lot of old stones and rubble from around the property to clean it up really well. Ron was also very helpful with advice as to what we could plant in the various areas of the garden - we will do that part ourselves since we want to get involved and get our hands dirty! The Narrow Lane has provided us with a clean and level garden in which to play!

I think I am going to go with their services in the fall. They provide all inclusive services including snow removal. I I was looking for snow removal and landscaping. They have been very responsive and sent emails and phone calls. He called today and said that he was going to be late and he wasn't that late.

Ron was great to work with. His extensive knowledge was very helpful and he designed a beautiful paver walkway that far exceeded our expectations. The quality of the stone work is excellent. The landscaping came out beautiful. Our yard was in rough shape to begin with- the crew worked very hard and did a great job. Ron was available to answer any questions not only before but also during the process.

He was a good guy but they were a little expensive. We didn't get to the point of negotiation of price. We simply went with another company. However prompt & professional.

It went great! Our main design and construction work required every part of our yard to be torn up, excavated, or otherwise touched with a shovel, mini-excavator, or other tool/piece of machinery and Ron worked hard to ensure that the disruptions to my family were minimal. He also listened to each request, made recommendations based on our budget, worked hard to get the estimate within our budget, and has produced a product that every neighbor has complemented! We love how it all turned out and have had several people ask if it is a new house! I highly recommend The Narrow Lane for not only landscape design and construction, but also maintenance. Ron will work hard to ensure that he gives you exactly what you want in a budget you can be happy with.

In general their work has been very good. They have been responsive whenever we have asked for efforts to protect grass on a bank during mowing and have been helpful in removing leaves and yard cuttings that we may have set aside. They have also made an effort to arrange their snow removal to accommodate our tenant's schedule. They are very professional and we continue to use them; I think this is now the 4th year.

The Narrow Lane crew was phenomenal. Hard-working, efficient, and diligent ... these men did an excellent job. We were amazed at the quality of the work accomplished.

Ron was prompt, courteous and professional. Our lawn was always left looking better than we thought possible!

Ron is a pleasure to interact with. His company was very flexible and worked around our schedule. The crew was prompt, arriving a few minutes ahead of schedule. Everyone involved was very friendly.

This portion of the project went quite well. I would highly recommend the Narrow Lane for their professionalism, punctuality and delivering on what they promise. Ron and his team were a pleasure to work with and the simple fact is that they did not win the larger landscape project based on pricing alone. Otherwise his team was courteous, he responds timely to inquiries and he has great vision for landscape design but is not so set on his ideas that he does not blend the homeowners desires into his project designs. I would recommend the Narrow Lane without reservation and my initial reason for contacting them when I moved into my neighborhood was that my neighbor spoke so highly of them.

I am very happy with their service.
