We can't say enough good things about Michael. We had our replacement water heater installed by a vendor (not Michael) selected by the warranty company. The person was incompetent at best and dangerous at worst and we had to ask him to stop work at 9:30 pm on Friday when he could not complete the installation after trying for about twelve hours. Unfortunately, our townhouse has an unusual heating system that is dependent on the water heater so we were without heat on Friday. We put in the Home Advisor project on Saturday morning and Michael contacted within a minute or two. He took time to review photos we sent him of the previous work so he was sure he understood what he needed to do. He tried to reschedule his day so he could come out that afternoon but he could not do it and meet his commitment to his customers so he agree to come out on Sunday morning. He showed up on Sunday morning when he said he would and had the water heater running within 90 minutes. He took time to explain everything we need to know and he charged us less than we expected. One of the other reviewers said, :"Michael is the BEST". We agree.

Michael answered my call within an hour of going on line. I needed immediate service and he delivered without question. He was knowledgable and explained everything and followed through exactly as he had said. Job well done.

He replaced it the same day by himself. The best thing about Michael is his personality. He was a pleasure to have around. I will definitely use him again. In fact, he is going to replace a shower head for me.

Michael got back to my service request within minutes and we discussed the job. There was a certain complication with the setup of my existing installation so he immediately swung by to have a look. We discussed options, and he was confident in getting the job done. Price was competitive and he was able to come by and install the water heater the very same day. He did an excellent job and also promptly answered my call the following day about a question I had after the installation. Would definitely recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Got home at 9pm on New Years Eve after a long trip to find a broken water heater. Submitted a request on HomeAdvisor on New Years Day, heard back within minutes and he set up an appointment the next morning to replace the water heater. Came on time and did a great job despite a pending snowstorm. They will be my first call next time any plumbing work is needed.

His customer service is terrific, he cleaned up well, went the extra mile. He cleared some boxes out of the way for me without charging. I would recommend him highly and already have to my sister.

When Michael kept his first appointment (to assess the work) in the middle of a blizzard, I knew it was a good omen! Michael's quote was competitive, the work was professionally executed, and the i's were dotted and t's were crossed. Furthermore, he took the time to explain clearly how the system works and how to maintain it properly. Overall, he was a pleasure to work with and I will absolutely work with him again.

The best contractor that I have ever had in my house. Michael takes pride in his excellent work. He was fast, professional, and sensitive to our unique needs. He explained what he was doing and did some extra work for free. The price was exactly as estimated. I have recommended Michael to my neighbors. Michael completed an oil-gas conversion project in our house. He did a fantastic A to Z job, took his time to explain the details of what he was doing and how the system was going to work, and explained how to get our high efficiency upgrade rebate. The work was high quality and the only reason why this isn't a 5 star review is because there was an issue in communicating when the work would start. However, Michael really made up for it and I would highly recommend him for this type of job.

I stumbled on this site by accident-best thing I ever did! Mike called and spent quite a bit of time talking to my wife. He took the time to check on the warranty on my old water heater which he found out had expired. He gave an estimate on replacing my water heater and set up an appointment the next morning. He arrived on time, replaced the water heater,removed all old equipment , and cleaned the entire area. Mike is not only personable but also a knowledgeable and thorough tradesman. I would highly recommend him!
