Received a call back from Michael within 30 minutes. He asked for photos and responded with a quote very quickly. The installation was quick and painless and price was very reasonable. I had a leaking pipe ( BAD LEAK) in my basement while I was away for a couple of days. Flooded my basement. Mike came right away. Knew the problem and fixed it in short order. The best part is there is no 'sticker shock" when he presents the bill. This is good service at a fair price. I would recommend this company without question.

Mike was great. He called back after an hour of posting my issue of a broken water heater. He came over that very night, he assessed, and had a new water heater installed the next morning. Done. Prices were inclusive for materials and labor, and reasonable.
