First off, I thought my issue was only with my pilot light being off and instead of charging me a bunch of money to show up and relight it - he walked me through the process over the phone to save money. When I got it relit and realized there was an issue with the heater, he had me send photos, showed up promptly the next day with a new water heater, installed it then stayed for 30 minutes to answer pretty much all my plumbing questions. He was great and I will 100% call them again if I have other issues.

These people know what they are doing. On time, knowledgeable, and experts.

My hot water heater broke suddenly with a guest coming in from out of town. I spoke with many plumbing and heating companies, and decided on M.A. Paone in the end. I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Mike (the owner) was responsive immediately, and nobody else came close to the balance of cost vs. quality of product he offered. For example, the first company I spoke to offered a quote 50% higher for a far inferior product. In addition nobody else took nearly as much time explaining what my options were, along with the pros and cons of each. They were in an out the next day, and minimized the pain of this incident. I couldn’t possibly recommend them highly enough for water heater replacement.

Amazing! My water heater broke and I hired and ordered a new hot water Heater from Home Depot. Home Depot arrived with the wrong hot water heater and gave me the run around (long story short) so I reached for Angie. I found Paone Plumbing on Angie (Angie needs to update the phone number they have listed for Paone, itâ  s wrong). The owner reached out to me and had his team and a brand new water heater delivered and installed the same sayâ ¦. And removed my old one. Michael is now my plumber for anything that may come up in the future. I highly recommend!!!

Michael Paone and his team were very fast, professional and friendly. They were able to come on the day my water heater broke and replace it with a quality replacement at a very competitive price. Carmine was the main guy who showed up first and was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they took care to not make a mess, like avoiding carpets when removing the leaky old heater, which I wasn't even thinking of. I would use them again.

Michael responded immediately and got our water heater replaced in less than 24 hours. He did an incredible job! He also explained regular maintenance to prolong the tankâ s life and I was so impressed by his general knowledge. He really cares about the quality of his work and I would highly recommend him.

Started out well but went downhill. Michael responded within a few minutes of my posting a hot water heater emergency on HomeAdvisor, and he came out the same day and replaced the unit quickly. He did not leave a receipt but promised to send one later that day. He never sent the receipt and has ignored repeated messages. The unit was installed in a rental property, so we really need the receipt and Michaels tax information in order to issue him paperwork, but he will not respond. Will not hire again.
