Paone plumbing was very quick and efficient in replacing my hot water heater.

Prompt service and very knowledgeable.

Mike provided excellent service all around (this is my 5th written review for Mike Paone and none are showing under reviews). He’ll be the only plumber I’d hire moving forward.

Michael Paone, did a great job. He was able to fit me into his schedule quickly and was very helpful with any questions I had. The installation went smoothly and he took away the old tank. He left the place as clean as he found it.

My water heater exploded all over the basement floor. I called Mike from Paine Plumbing & Heating and he explained several options without any sales pressure. He arrived on time completed the new install of a high efficiency 75gallon Tank. He cleaned up and took the old hot water heater away as well. I will definitely use this company again for any plumbing needs..

Michael is great, he know exactly what is he doing, really great person to work.

I never met Mr Paone in person. However, he was very responsive, knowledgeable regarding H20 heaters, is a Master Plumber and my Tenant was satisfied with his service. Regarding the 'value' for the money, he was the most expensive but that may have been due to my not comparing prices.

Sunday Feb 25th I was having trouble with my hot water heater again and came across homeadvisor. after having trouble getting a plumber and within minutes Mike from m.a.paone plumbing contacted me and came out to look at problem, very knowledgeable and explained everything to help us understand how things work.we would definitely hire him on any other work we needed done

being retired and on fixed income somewhat exspensive.at this time no comments to others.

A great experience. Michael called back to discuss details within minutes of booking through HomeAdvisor. He came out the next day on a Saturday. Professionally removed old water heater and installed a new one efficiently, cleaned up. Very satisfied. Could not have wished for more. Highly recommend.

My water heater's pipe literally blew off at 11 pm creating a hot water geyser. I put an urgent request out on H/A at midnight. Michael was first contractor to call the next morning (7 am) and was able to make it to my house that day, since it was a water heater issue. Replaced corroded pipes with non-corrosive ones, rather than replacing entire unit! I wouldn't have known that was an option. Speaks volumes to his integrity and honesty! Will use again any time I have plumbing issues.
