These guys are professionals. Great customer focus. Explained what was being done and what was needed to know about the new hot water heater.

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Michael responded by phone very quickly and offered to do the job the next day. He explained the product, price, and process. It was clearly a much better value than one of the big box stores. He texted ahead when they were on their way. He and his crew arrived on time and were done in about an hour. They used the latest copper fittings that don't need a torch. Mike also explained how to properly bleed the air and sediment from the system before using hot water as well as periodically flushing the tank.

Mike explained our situation in details very well and sorted out the best solution for us. The work quality is supreme at a reasonable price. I'm really happy to do business with him.

Michael Paone was the best plumber we've worked with and we are in our 8th home so we have a lot of experience. First of all, his price for the same professional quality water heater was $900 less than the plumber that built our house. He showed up on time. He ran into a couple of challenges that caused him two unplanned trips to the supply store, which added about 2 hours onto the job. When it came time to pay, Michael did not charge any extra for the additional supplies and time. He also took the time to train me on how to service the new water heater annually which should get me about 3-5 extra years of service. We will be using Michael Paone Plumbing for other needs as they arise and would recommend him to anyone needing a new water heater!

Good advice on what kind of heater to use. Late in arriving and charged $75 for using a credit card. But the work was done professionally and in just a day or two after we contacted them.

more contractors should perform like Mike Paone has prompt, efficient and friendly service, described work needed and what steps to carry out in the future for the efficient operation of appliance/ WOULD RECOMMEND M. PAONE TO ALL.

Do not trust him if you are told your quote already includes the permit and we will pull permit for every job we do permits are pulled in a group and the city will come to inspect within 2 weeks of job completion. Sound like joking? Do not trust him if he says my office lady will email you the invoice, just give me the check and my office will send you the invoice. Sound believable or another joke? I trusted him and hired him for the job. When I asked for invoice after handing him the check, he said to wait to tomorrow. I asked again and again and again for over 5 times and his always replied my office lady will give you the invoice tomorrow. This is first time seeing a professional lying to customer to get the job and then disappear. Very bad experience.
