I was very happy with Michael's responsiveness and knowledge.

Michael fixed the damage caused by another Home Advisor provider that installed my water tank nearly four years ago. The mechanical emergency shut off valve failed and shut off my hot water throughout my condo and had to be replaced with an electric emergency shut off valve. Michael also installed a new shut off valve for my washer because the previous provider installed the wrong shut off valve. And, Michael replaced my washer hoses with better hoses than the previous provider installed.

Job was professional and quick. Michael was great. He fixed my problem seamlessly. I will definitely call him again!

Mike was hired to replace an entire heating system that included the burner and boiler plus associated plumbing. The price was fair so I hired him. Mike was very busy towards the end of last year (2019) and kept postponing the replacement job. Few times he could not get the boiler. OK... not a big problem. He did the replacement in one day but was missing a needed part to connect the burner to the oil line. He made a great effort to find the part and he did show up in the late evening with the part to finish the job. Kudos to Mike for that for otherwise I would have not had the heat on a winter night. All was well until I found out that the hot water tank was not getting it is hot water heated when we hit some warm days in early late February / early March 2020 (I think) and I did not need the heat. Apparently a Controller issue on the boiler unit. I asked Mike several times to take a look at this issue and fix it. Mike finally came after many idle promises. He had others look at the issue as well but no one could fix it. COVID-19 came and no one was available to do anything. OK, that is understandable. As long as I heat up the house, I get hot water. I asked Mike when an Oil guy would be available to fix the issue and he stated probably early May when businesses were supposed to open. Called Mike mid-May, Nothing. He promised someone would show up soon. Called early June, promises, nothing. To this day, no one has come to fix this issue. In addition, still waiting for the final receipt/invoice for the job done. The bottom line, good value for money paid, quality of work is good after the job is done customer service is virtually non-existent.

Job was completed on time and as promised. Excellent communication. I would definitely call Mike again.

Received prompt call from owner of this shop. After asking for a few photos of my water beater system, he immediately called back & walked me through reactivation of my system. No charge! Amazing old fashioned service! That s how it s done!! Will definitely give this shop a call for future repairs, or troubleshooting.

These guys were great. Easy to deal with and prompt in every respect. Did this work during the early days of the Covid-19 outbreak and the guys were fantastic about being both friendly and responsive and respectful of their distance. I would hire them every time.

It was a total disaster, he did not fulfill the terms of his contract. He does not communicate, and did not complete the work and I paid down 2400 in advance.

Michael stopped by on a late night while on his way home. He was concerned that my gas water heater might be a danger to us. He determined that it needed to be replaced immediately!
