Michael stopped by on a late night while on his way home. He was concerned that my gas water heater might be a danger to us. He determined that it needed to be replaced immediately! He showed up with his crew early the next morning and took care of all our problems! M.A.Paone Plumbing is the BEST!!!

My hot water heater gave out just as the pandemic was getting underway. MIKE CAME TO MY RESCUE when I searched on Home Advisor for a plumber. He respected my safety concerns about the virus. He quickly replaced my water heater and even upgraded some of the fixtures at no extra cost. I trust him with any of my household plumbing needs. Thank you, MA Parone

*UPDATE April 14, 2020,* Had to install a new Ruud gas hot water heater. I called M.A. Paone Plumbing and Heating on Monday morning and Michael brought his crew to me on Tuesday. Why would I ever need to use another plumber? Michael and his crew were amazing. I will call M.A. Paone Plumbing and Heating for all my plumbing needs. They:1. arrived on time 2 were polite and respectful 3. followed COVID-19 procedures that made me feel at ease 4. left the work area clean 5. explained all work performed, how to take care of the water heater, how the warranty works and clearly explained all charges. Michael made sure that I felt comfortable with all aspects of his work. He even identified that the previous water heater was under warranty and that it would provide me with additional money off this job. *April 11, 2020, Originally I was able to get assistance over the phone for my pilot light issue-Michael provided me with step-by-step instructions to restart my pilot light on my gas water heater. He could have made a service call and made money off of this minor issue, but he tried everything to prevent having to come out to my home. He was polite and patient with me. I know that I have a plumber who I can trust That is very important to me.

One if the best service calls ever for any type of home service. Experienced, professional, courteous staff. Call was placed for hot water tank replacement at 5:45pm and job was complete by 1pm next day. Highly recommend.

The guys did a good job But it 's been hard trusting him because he has not given me the receipt, though he said he would. I would have given a much better review but he has not come through with my receipt.

Michael Paone was extremely responsive. He reached out not 5 minutes after I submitted a request through Home Advisor, laid out my options and the costs and gave me some tips regarding maintenance. He arrived promptly the next morning and replaced the water heater without any incident. Appreciated his directness and efficiency. We came home from a vacation on New Year's eve to a major leak in 10 year old hot water heater. I used Home Advisor on New Year's night and within half an hour Mike Paone called, explained the service, gave a very fair flat quote for the removal and installation of a high quality replacement hot water heater. He gave advice on how to keep the new hot water heater 2-4 years longer than the warrantee. They Scheduled for the next day, January 2, showed up on time, re-explained the process to my wife, who carved out a couple of hours from work, did the install well, on time and for the quoted price. I asked for a quote and they called me in less than 10 minutes. We set an appointment very quickly, he asked for some pictures of the tank so that saved us some time. He gave me a quote and replace the water tank. Very clean and professional. Recommend it for all this area for sure.

Hired this plumber (based on recommendations) to replace water heater (not an emergency) and install water leak detector. He arrived promptly, replaced the water heater but forgot to bring the leak detector. Happens. I have scheduled 4 or 5 times to have the leak detector installed, and he always canceled the last minute. You do no want the job? just say it...

These days its hard to find professionals that are customer service minded, honest and up front. Mike was great, responded quickly to phone calls & texts, answered all my questions and the install was on time, efficient & professional. Thanks Mike.

I thought they were quick and efficient and low cost. Did everything right - cleanup - everything.

My water heater broke on a Saturday morning, and I contacted Michael through HomeAdvisor. He spoke to me, asked me for some photos, and mentioned he would call back. He promptly called within 15 mins, provided me all the options, and asked me to think it over. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. We decided to fix it on Sunday, and he texted me a couple of times on his arrival status. He and his team member did a very nice job and cleaned up later. After the whole job, he explained how it works, and gave me specific instructions on restarting the hot water. Absolutely phenomenal! Nice to get to know him personally too.

They were responsive. Called us immediately and discussed issue (water tank leak, no hot water). They came out and replaced/installed. Super nice and quick (especially For a saturday!)

Easy to work with, Professional, courteous/friendly and really demonstrated he had our best interest in mind. Stepped through and Presented all the options - pros/cons - thoroughly explained why to chose one system VS another - highly recommended.

My water heater broke on a Saturday night at 11;30 pm. - I got a call at 7;30 am the next day. We negotiated a deal on the phone. Michael the owner arrived the next day on Sunday and installed a new water heater in my home. Excellent plumber, did a fabulous job. And a really nice guy. I will use him again. Lots and lots of hot water now. Can take a really long shower now. Had to turn down the therm to real low, was too hot for me. (Please send the installation and paid invoice.) Thanks again Mike.
