IF YOU WANT A REBATE LOOK ELSEWHERE. REFUSES TO PROVIDE INVOICE. Michael was prompt in responding to our call. He came over the following day, which was a Saturday. He offered us several options. We opted for a water heater with heat pump, which was more expensive, because we wanted reduce our carbon footprint. We figured we could get the $750 rebate from MassSave and that would help, and then the heater would pay for itself. Michael and his assistant Carmen did the job well and were cordial. When Michael finished the job, he asked to be paid that day and told us that he would send us an invoice. He asked for the payment in cash. We told him that we could not get him cash that quickly, but that we could put a check in our mailbox for him to pick up later that night. Then he called and asked if our bank was local. It was out-of-state, so it took a few days to clear, and he was anxious about that. It is now September 22, and our job was done on August 17. I have texted Michael to request the invoice on Fri., Aug. 21; Tues., Aug. 25th; Sun., Sept. 13th; Wed., Sept. 16; and Sun., Sept. 20. I called him on Sept. 3rd, and Sept. 19. I have made contact with him SEVEN times in total, and he assures me that he is going to send the invoice and then does not. I have no idea why he is not sending the invoice, but I do know that it is costing my family $750 in additional expenses. Addendum 11/2016 - Mike did eventually get us our receipt and we got our rebate. We just had to heckle him a lot.

Mike came evening of my call to check my 15 year old water heating tank. It was in very poor shape. He made recommendation for replacement and was back the next day to install new tank. Excellent service, excellent professional work. Would highly recommend.

I recently reviewed this company and mentioned the lack of warranty paperwork. I was contacted immediately by Mike and was informed of how the warranty works, I am astounded by this type of customer service! I felt as though a family member did the work. Great job....great service. Oh...I also forgot to mention he packed up and took the old heater away.Also something that was price included.

Mike and his assistant were quick, friendly and non threatening. They were here a little bit before the time they said which was a good surprise.The price he quoted is the price I got. I failed to ask for the paperwork on the warranty which is the only "issue" I have. That was just as much my issue for not asking. Yup....it is easy to recommend this company.

My only complaint is that I could not get Michael to send me an invoice. He charged me exactly what he said he would and that he would send the invoice by email. He never did even after reminding him. It would be nice to have a the invoice for my records.

After replacing the water heater, he replaced a leaky faucet in the garage on his way out the door--no charge--who does that??? We would definitely recommend Michael to anyone!!!

I was very happy about the work that they did. Took care of all details from removing the old water heater, installing the new one and explaining the features of the new water heater. The water heater is also working fine for the past one month. Though I was happy that he gave me a 10 year warranty on the water heater, I was a bit upset with the time he took to get back on the invoice and warranty information.

He was very fast and attentive. He got the work done fast and I am satisfied.

The company's home advisor profile says he takes credit cards, but this is not true. We planned to get a loan and they were aware of this, but agreed to replace the water heater since it was giving off fumes and not working consistently. He expected payment up front, despite being told we were applying for a loan. Decent work. Not great business practices.

Michael and Carmen were very knowledgeable up to code and great. Gave great recommendations for hi-efficiency systems. Highly recommend them!

I checked around and his price was the best for the Rheem power vent model I needed. He installed it the next day! All went well no complaints. Cost was as he estimated.
