Mike was great. He called back after an hour of posting my issue of a broken water heater. He came over that very night, he assessed, and had a new water heater installed the next morning. Done. Prices were inclusive for materials and labor, and reasonable.

Michael is a warm and down to the earth person. Response to my call right away and come to give a free estimate within a hour, which was Saturday evening . A pro I called prior Michael wanted a photo... refuse to come, or charge a fee base on the distance, if I hire him, will get the $125 or higher back. Such a big contrast between these two! Michael ordered the heat tank for me and installed in a couple days. Since the old one is up the ceiling make the job difficult, but Michael keep his word, charge me the same amount money he quoted for the job. Of course, he did excellent job, running very well with the new heat tank. Thank you!

clean and efficient install, however a leak in less than a year went unaddressed. Called Michael 3 times, he promised to return the calls but never did. Needed to contact another plumber for service.

Mark and his associate were extremely professional and personable. They showed up on time and completed the wok within the expected time. Mark took the time to explain the process and even provided information on plumbing not related to the water heaters. It was a great experience and I would hire/recommend him anytime.
