they installed a new water heater in june '20. just after christmas, the pilot light kept going out. they came out, looked at the heater and decided to replace the valve. unfortunately, it didn't solve the problem. to prevent further issues, michael rplaced the water heater with a new one! they just finished th job and the water is heating up as i type. these guys are GREAT! i can't say enough good things about them. the area has been cleaned up and it looks fantastic.

Quick and Efficient. Came out the next morning, removed the broken water heater, installed a new one and gave us a quote for a boiler replacement, all in less than 2 hours. Price was reasonable considering it included the cost of the unit, labor, removal and disposal of the old unit and all this being an emergency during the holidays and Covid.

These guys are not notch. Very knowledgeable , friendly. Replaced my hot water heater and will most definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs. I highly recommend them!

The company was very responsive in replacing my water heater on a Saturday after I called them the day before. No additional charge for a weekend installation. Cleaned up nicely and explained how to care for the water heater. I would definitely recommend Paine Plumbing and Heating.

The owner of the company Michael was very clear-cut about what he could offer and so efficient in the replacement of my old water heater tank with a new one. My old tank did not work and he provided me with the same-day delivery and replacement service. My condo is on third floor and the tank should be placed in a narrow closet. But to him and his crew it was just like a piece of cake. Easy and no hassle! The price was so affordable and the installation job was just great! Highly recommend!

The best plumber in Boston, by far. Mike replaced my old decrepit hot water heater with a tankless and I am still amazed with his workmanship and attention to detail! Mike always showed up on time and kept me up to date with all the work he was doing. I am going to recommend him to my neighbors and if you want a job done correctly, this is the guy for you.

Awesome job! Very quick response to my request and a great job explaining all the pros and cons of different hot water systems available. We eventually settled on a tank with a lifetime warranty! It was installed the very next day! Amazing service from a very personable guy!
