Mike was responsive, fast, and considerate.

My water heater's pipe literally blew off at 11 pm creating a hot water geyser. I put an urgent request out on H/A at midnight. Michael was first contractor to call the next morning (7 am) and was able to make it to my house that day, since it was a water heater issue. Replaced corroded pipes with non-corrosive ones, rather than replacing entire unit! I wouldn't have known that was an option. Speaks volumes to his integrity and honesty! Will use again any time I have plumbing issues.

Mike was quick, clean, and responsive. He was professional and had a super quick turnaround time on replacing our water heater. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

He was fast and friendly, explained everything along the way. Job was completed quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Gave me a tip to drain the tank twice a year to add years of life to the tank. Only downside, I requested a receipt multiple times Incase I need to contact manufacturer. Receipt promised but never given. Still did a great job on the install.

Ended up on bad terms. Work was done.

They delivered as promised. Unfortunately, there wasn't any water heater available on a weekend, so they did it first thing Monday morning. I had called another plumber as well that apparently wasn't able to schedule a time at all and said they were a bit busy for the next few days.

We needed someone fast. Mike called me right away. He made several suggestions for a better quality water heater that actually saved me money. He was helpful and kind. He showed up when he said he would, did the job in the time range he gave me, fixed some errors a previous plumber had made and cleaned up everything. This was my first time using Home Advisors, and I am happy my dad suggested I did. Thank you Mike!!

I received a call back right away which turned my frown upside down! Very professional and courteous. Fair pricing! Guaranteed today for install no excuses just got it done! We had another plumber scheduled for Tuesday that didn’t happen, the same plumber scheduled for today and canceled this morning! With blizzard like conditions for tomorrow we were desperate because we previously were disappointed. I strongly recommend this professional plumber; they even took care of disposing of the old water heater! We found a new plumber! We couldn’t be happier! They came to my home and replaced my broken water heater, great job!

Our hot water tank broke on Christmas. We called Mike and he answered right away. With a few pictures he was able to get the new hot water tank installed the next day. Really appreciate the speed since we had to turn off the furnace too and it was 20 degrees outside! We will absolutely use Mike again.

They were able to come in short notice, fair pricing for water heaters and got the job done in such a timely manner. They even called to check on the units to make sure everything was going well! Thank you so much to Michael and his team!

mike did a great job and would love to use him again but he is more of a plumber than a business man. Never did get a receipt for the heater install which is needed for warranty and while I have additional pluming work to be done have yet to receive an estimate after about 2 weeks of asking

Very satisfied. Michael was very quick to respond, tidy, friendly and did a very good job replacing my water heater at short notice. I would use him again for any similar jobs. He was able to replace the water heater immediately so I was only without hot water for a couple of hours. Highly recommended.
