Micheal showed up within hours of the request and did a great job replacing my water heater. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain important details to me. I would recommend M.A. Paone Plumbing and Heating very much.

He is a master plumber, and it shows. Plus, excellent communication, responsive, on time.

Michael gave me numbers over the phone and when he finished the work he was prepared with all lies about the water heater price. On web it was for $850 but he continually said $1750. Upon showing him the website of the same place from where he bought the heater, he said that the price is wrong on web. He never gave me a receipt for the work until I called Home Advisor. He did work on 6/18 and sent me a receipt on 7/15 upon pressure from HomeAdvisor. Be careful when you will deal with him. His work is good but, as a person, be careful.

Michael Paone is truly the best. Prompt response to my emergency call due to a flooded gas water heater. He explained the brand, quality, and warranty of the new water heater to be replaced. He showed up as promised first thing in the morning. He did a fantastic job installing the new heater. He's super efficient and explained the operating and self servicing very clear. Michael and his team is very professional and they showed this when they even had to deal with a difficult upstairs neighbor. I appreciate the service they provided and new water heater is fully functioning the second day after the leakage. Will work with Michael again. Thank you!

Mike is a very decent and honest man. Aside from that, he does excellent work for a reasonable price. I will hire him again and have no problem recommending him to my family and friends. For those saying that he doesn't give an invoice, they have to look in their e-mail or spam folder because that's how their invoice is delivered--by e-mail. Mine was delivered within 24 hours after the job was completed.

I had a "NEW" hot water tank installed on 03/25/18, I informed Mr. Paone on 03/27/18 that the pilot light is not staying on and I need him to come check it out, and yes I even added at his convenience ....well today is 05/02/18 (5 full weeks ) and he has not been here yet....Michael finally showed up and replaced my defected Hot water tank, this time all seems great, Thank You

Mike was quick to come out on a Sunday and assess our water heater issue at no initial cost. He helped check whether the heater was still under warranty and took care of the whole job- buying new heater, installing it, and junking old heater. He also shared helpful tips on heater maintenance and other safety measures. Mike was very professional, and made the whole process really smooth. Much appreciated.
