My hot water heater started leaking on a Sunday. It was a semi-urgent issue so I did not have lots of lead time. Reached out and Michael called back within 10 minutes. He coached me on what to look for on the old water heater so he could get me an estimate as soon as he could. The estimate seemed beyond fair compared to everything I researched online. Michael was at my house in less than 90 minutes to start the install. Michael takes pride in his work and is friendly and courteous. Wish more professionals were like him. Mike and team stand by their work and it is no wonder they have these GREAT reviews. He explained everything he was doing along w/the prices as we went through each piece. I will definitely use him again. Very nice, very professional, very helpful!

Michael and team arrived to replace our water heater ready to work. He was pleasant and answered all my questions and was exceedingly courteous. The replacement was done efficiently and he gave clear instructions and timelines on how long the entire process would take and what to expect. I would definitely recommend using this company again. My mom and 3 year old appreciate his effort.

Michael came out and installed a new water heater the same day as promised. I wish he would also send my invoice as promised. I will update my review when received. This issue has been going on for over a month.

They have not given me my receipt for work done weeks ago! I have been texting him and getting the runaround about getting my receipt for the replacement of my water heater. I trusted HomeAdvisor to put me in touch with a reputable plumber's. Having to chase them for weeks for my receipt is very unprofessional. Please advise? Thank you, Deb L.

Michael came out to our rental property on Halloween night at 9:30pm, when no one else would. When it came to communicating and setting up a time. Michael was very clear and followed through on his word. In doing the repairs the following day. Michael and Carmen are the best!!! The craftsmanship is precise and clean. As people, Michael and Carmen are as real and down to earth as they come. With out any hesitation, I would highly recommend Michael and Carmen.

He did good work, but failed to provide me the paperwork as promised so I could submit for my warranty.

Beware of this guy! He is a thief and very disrespectful and not an honorable man! Don't give any money up front or you will be sorry! He has been working on my house without a permit.

He came with tank saying he paid $1750 which was $850. On the top change $650 for installation. Be careful and check the price of tank before installation.

I consider myself super lucky to have had Mike install our water heater, and then subsequently a gas boiler with indirect water heater. He truly IS a master plumber, that boiler looked like a piece of art at the end of installation, and it works like a charm! In addition he did quite a bit of plumbing by moving around a second water heater, to save us some room in the basement - free of charge! Not only is he an outstanding and extremely hard working plumber (you can judge from the number of reviews!), but also a deeply decent man of exceptional integrity, truly an inspiration to all of us...

Michael and his team were top notch. I am new to Home Advisor and wasn't familiar with the process. He was suggested, but not knowing anything, I cancelled the on-line appt. He called me in the meantime and I was very impressed. I decided to move forward with him. He did the work that afternoon and had me up and running again. He explained everything and was very nice and professional. He's knows his stuff, he's honest and the price was exactly what he said it would be. I will gladly recommend to everyone!!
