M.A. Paone Plumbing & Heating

I googled for plumbers in my town and was directed to this site. As I entered my search and reviewed contractors, Mike Paone called me within minutes. I explained I needed a water heater replacement ASAP and was looking for quotes. M.A. Paone/Commonwealth Plumbing fit the bill and won the job. I was very pleased with their professionalism and prompt service, on time and on budget. I would/will recommend them for future services.

I stumbled on this site by accident-best thing I ever did! Mike called and spent quite a bit of time talking to my wife. He took the time to check on the warranty on my old water heater which he found out had expired. He gave an estimate on replacing my water heater and set up an appointment the next morning. He arrived on time, replaced the water heater,removed all old equipment , and cleaned the entire area. Mike is not only personable but also a knowledgeable and thorough tradesman. I would highly recommend him!

Within minutes of submitting my request to find a plumber for a leaking toilet, Michael called, and set up an appointment for a free estimate the same day. He is very experienced, explained what could be the issue by looking at the age of the house and the physical appearance of the toilet, came back two days later, got the leak fixed within an hour. I was impressed and called him back for another estimate to see if another shower could be added to our home. He answered the phone and said he would email me to set a date, but has not done so yet. Not sure if he would get back to me.

We had a minor emergency due to a faulty saddle value on our kitchen faucet. Within minutes of entering a request in HomeAdvisor Michael contacted me and gave me a quote for performing the work on the same day. He communicated with me during the day about his arrival time and completed the work in a very timely way. He fully repaired the problem and left the work area clean and charged a very reasonable price. I would recommend him for plumbing work and will certainly keep his number for future reference.

Fast response, was willing to help me through the problem over the phone, but issue was more complicated. Came out late at night on Saturday to help examine the water heater tank malfunction. Resolved the problem (replaced the tank) the next day. Friendly person. Explained things well. Space was left clean after installation.

I hired Mr. Paone for an emergency when my ceramics kiln couldn't be started. Mr, Peone arrived shortly after I talked to him when he was finishing a previous job. He was courteous, completely competent, took the time to explain the problem to me and solved it in a short time. His competence resulted in a savings of likely several hundred dollars.I will certainly call him first if there is another plumbing problem.

Paone Plumbing came right out and not only did the work I requested but took the time to walk me through my heating system and explain to me how everything works and what and if I should be concerned about. He spent the extra time out on the job to make sure I was happy and informed. Highly recommend.

Prompt response and realistic quotes. In short - good value for your money!

My steam heating sysem was repiped by an unscrupulous person and Michael came in and diagnosed the problem, and also was very patient with my need for references, licenses, and also allowed me to pay several days afer he finished the work so I could see that the system was working - he came right away, explained everything, worked neatly and thoroughly and was overall a delight to work with and restored my faith in honesty. The system is so quiet, I can hardly tell when the heat is going on - no clanking, hissing, or gurgling.
