Before I left, I asked if there were any issues they found that I should know about and was told "No Sir, you car is in great shape". When I got home, the mey fob doesn't set the alarm anymore. I called to ask them about it and was told by the very same counter guy "Oh yea, we had the same issue this morning". I don't lime being lied to or taken for a fool. I will never go back to them for anything and I would advise anyone else to stay away from these shady people.

Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable and professional. They were very willing to explain exactly what was needed and why and answered any questions I had. The work was completed as scheduled and I am very happy with the results. The pricing seemed fair and all my dealings have reinforced my initial impression of competence and honesty. A couple of times, they've gone out of their way to help me with quicker things and it was a real help to me. I'm really pleased with Smooth Automotive and would strongly recommend them.

Frank quickly diagnosed a problem with the electrical system of my car that had stumped two other mechanics. When I went to pick up the car, he showed me the old parts, taught me how they were supposed to work, and explained what had gone wrong. A couple of months later, I had more car trouble. Turned out that one of the new parts had failed. Frank replaced it without question and without cost. I have become a regular customer, and recommend Frank for his skill and for the respect he shows to customers.

The service was excellent and the best price I got. Frank is an honest mechanic and explains everything which is good for me as I do not know alot about cars. He now services both my car and my husbands. Would highly recommend him!

It was a fair price, given the things I wanted him to do. He did a great job. When I got here, he was putting some new windshield wipers on my car., so that was good. They were very responsive, when I called, they set up an appointment and when I got there and he was facing a possibility of the snowstorm being pretty bad, so they informed the customers on the same day on how long it would take them. I dealt with his sister, his girlfriend works there, and she is very good at running the desk and understanding the parts and the things that have to be done, so she is not someone that just does the paperwork. They are very professional. I felt relaxed and comfortable.

All of these services have been excellent. Frank the co-owner does excellent work, possesses a high level of expertise across many types of scooters. For me he has exclusively worked on my Vespas, and has done better quality and more professional services then the dealership. Their fees are highly competitive and an excellent value for the work, and are extremely honest and trustworthy. My one unknown is that I have never done rush work with them, so I do not know if they can do rush turn-around, they are a small shop.
