Description of Work: It is too long ago to remember the pricing, but I know I was pleasantly surprised. They worked on my front door lock (it was broken) and changed back door locks and added a new lock to the outside door. He was prompt, easy to work with, and it was well priced. I would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: This was an excellent vendor. Not only did they repair older locks but also installled mltiple new locks with multiple keys throughout the entire house. They arrived on time, were extremely efficient and open to making changes when necessary. They provided labels and engraved keys as well as prepped new doors (without hardware) and cleaned up afterwards. I would rate them at A+.

Description of Work: Very accommodating as to the time of the appointment since I work he came late in the afternoon.He did not waste any time in assessing the problem and correcting it and completed the job in short order. He then explained what the issue was and what he did to correct it which I do appreciate.All in all I was very satisified with the experience of using this locksmith.

+ -1 moreIt was fantastic. I called in the morning, and he was there by 3:30, I had actually stepped out and missed him by a few minutes, but when I called as soon as I got in he turned right around and came back. He got the lock working in very little time and I thought the price was reasonable.
Description of Work: When I had a new back door installed, the contractor moved the old lock to the new door, but the keys stopped working in it. He repaired the lock and made me additional new keys.

+ -1 moreD.J. came out on an emergency call when we couldn't get into a friend's apartment, where we were staying. One lock in the metal front door had failed, and the other lock broke soon afterwards as a succession of superintendents and neighbors tried to open the door. D.J. spent at least three hours fixing the problem (which required drilling out both locks). He also replaced both locks, and did a nice job of cleaning up.
Description of Work: Opened locked apartment door by removing two defective locks. Replaced both locks and cut extra keys.
