It was fine. It worked out great. They did it right the first time.

It was great. They did a super job on the roof. The only negative experience was with the accounts payable department. We had agreed upon the price. We were paying our bill. While we were out of town, the account manger called a half a dozen times to let us know we weren?t paying, which we were. We called and talk to the manager and he apologized and said he knew that was a problem. They were very competitive in price.

He did a top notch. He had a plan and listened to what we wanted to say. They cleaned great afterward. He had a great crew. He is all around capable of doing what he says he will do.

It turned out well. We went to there store in Maynard, talked to them and looked at samples. They were helpful in sorting through the different brands. It was seamless. We picked out what we liked. They came out and did the work. It was quality work. The doors are good materials and we are quite pleased. We shopped around and they had competitive pricing.

It turned out fine. The company owner was nice. The workers were polite and they were easy to work with. I could ask them question. Something extra had to be done on the storm door and they did that.

Excellent. Steve is efficient, thorough, follows up to make sure work is done correctly. Great integrity. Carpenters are very skilled.

My experience with them was great. They do nice and thorough work. They also provide friendly service. They came out quickly to give me an estimate.

The workmen (2) arrived as scheduled, and worked from roughly 8-4-ish with a lunch break. There was also a bit of a lull as one of them had to go back to the office for something that was needed. Overall, the job was neatly and professionally done, as best as I can tell. The new door looks nice and works well, and the finishing around it was well done. They even re-installed some drapery hardware that had to be removed to do the door installation even more securely than it had been before. All debris was removed and the area cleaned up before they left. Regarding the cost, it was not cheap but does not seem unreasonable. They actually knocked off a hundred dollars, since they made an error on the original estimate that they sent to me. I chose them based on Angie's list reviews & would be happy to use them again.

They showed up on time and everything was fine. We chose to finish the floors and put the project on hold. I will call them when I want to get the work done.

They are exceptional and they are currently here now doing work. They have been extremely cooperative.

We called and they were very responsive. The owner and his wife came out the same day and they were very nice. Their prices were very reasonable.

They are quite excellent. They did a great job. They are very good. They had the wrong color screen and so they had to go back and get another screen. There was no problem doing that. It was the winter anyway and I wasn't using screens. That was the only thing that wasn't perfect but it was no big deal. They did end up delivering the right colored screen which would be white because our kitchen is white. The price I guess was $1000.00 for each item. They are the best. The quality is excellent. I would think they would be very responsive. They showed up when they said they would. They were perfectly professional. I would use them again and I have recommended them to friends as well.

The guys were hard workers and really did a great job. The old door and frame was in bad shape and they had a lot of take out and rebuild around the door frame. They did great on the cleanup also. I highly recommend them.

The company had installed two windows for us and had done excellent work at a reasonable price and so we had them do this as well. Steve has a showroom which enabled us to select the doors we wanted as well as the hardware to go on the doors. We selected a fiberglass door with insulated sidelights to replace the old uninsulated, cracked wooden door and sidelights. All external trim was of PVC wood which will last much longer than wood and easy to work with. Steve?s crew showed up bight and early and proceeded to remove the old leaky un-insulated front door and sidelights (these are panels with small panes of glass that are on either side of the door). The door and framework was completely removed and laid on our front lawn. The new door was delivered and it was discovered that the hinges were on the wrong side of the door. Back went the door to the manufacture and up went the old system. Fortunately, it was removed with care and was able to be re-installed with no problem. The correct door and sidelights (hinge installed correctly) arrived two weeks later and was installed perfectly. Steve had old hardware installed so that my wife and I could paint the door and sidelights without fear of messing up the new hardware. We got it primed and painted; then Steve installed the brass hardware in time for our big party the next day. We had purchased the brass pineapple door bell button over the internet, which Steve installed as well. Steve?s installers are bright and very pleasant to have in your home. Steve showed up each day to deal with any issue and insure thing were going well. The next door to replace was an old kitchen dutch door that had the sections nailed together to increase security and decrease air leakage. The door was removed and the new insulated fiberglass door was installed. All went well with no problem. Steve then went though the house and installed new hardware on all other external doors so that the keys would match. We are pleased with both doors and look forward to having Steve work on other aspects of our home to get it in tip-top shape.

I needed new construction windows since the old windows had decayed sills and rotten molding as well. They removed the outside decayed wood trim and installed the new windows from scratch. The outside trim installed was the Azak trim that never deteriorates. The inside trim was replaced with wooden molding identical to what was there before. Took all day to remove the old windows and install the new ones with all of the trim. They showed up on time, did the work in a professional manner, and cleaned up when done. All in all, I was quite pleased with the job. Those windows should last a long time.

Steve visited our house and was quite detailed on what had to be done. He took measurements and was quite impressive. Later, we visited his showroom and picked out the color and style for the windows. We signed his contract and gave him a check for half of the project on October 21, 2008. The proposal had been late in coming, but it was thorough and reasonable. I will report again on how the work was done, once it is done. The company came highly recommended from a friend. We do not yet have a start date.
