Very well, Matt and his crew were very well organized and didn't take as long as I thought. It was a complete transformation. Matt moved everything out of the room and put it back. He even took our trash out to the curb on trash day!

Some mistakes in glue type and edging. They were not very professional.

Payneless Flooring was recommended by our Contractor. We had a fire and all of our flooring and tile needed to be replaced. In our mind, picking out all new tile and flooring for our house was going to be a daunting task but, I have to say everyone was a joy to work with. We scheduled an appointment for when it was convenient to us and spent about 3 hours. The owners (John and Patti) took the time to pull product out in advance based on what fit within our budget. The assortment was great and the service was excellent! It took a little longer than we planned but in the end we love everything. Their name fits, it was a Payneless experience! I highly recommend them for you next flooring or tile needs.

Great attention to detail in an extremely challenging project. One floor had a curved border and they handled it beautifully. . Meticulous work at a reasonable price. Would definitely use them again.

It went well. Installers arrived on time, the work was completed on time, the installers were clean organized and friendly. The result was as desired. The only issue with the entire process was the responsiveness during final estimating. Apparently they were very busy at the time, and call-backs for questions were not always promptly returned.

The service and products are wonderful and the experience was excellent.

I was working through a contractor, so my lower rating about responsiveness might be due to the contractor, not Payneless. Other than that, Payneless was one of the most pleasant aspects of my renovation. Payneless came to the house and assessed the spaces and made recommendations – like how unhappy I would be with tile or hardwood in the unheated sunroom and suggesting I consider Armstrong sheet vinyl that looks like wood and would be warmer too. I had never considered vinyl but after seeing the choices in the showroom, I thought I would give it a try, and it looks amazing! The tile job was excellent and done in one day. They helped pick the grout color and I couldn't be happier. The hardwood floor estimate included a fee for executing a design in the floor using African hardwood flooring I already owned. I showed the flooring guy my drawing (which the contractor thought was pretty complicated) and once they checked in with the office, he smiled and agreed it would be fun to execute. It looks better than I imagined and it literally makes the entryway a piece of art. When they came to put the third coat of poly on the hardwood floor it was still tacky. They said they would come back the next day to finish – which happened to be a Saturday – so I was very happy they didn't make me wait until Monday. Their showroom is big and it was fun to poke around. The staff is very friendly, both in person and on the phone. I highly recommend their work and would definitely use them again.

The folks in their store helped me select new tile for both the half bathroom I was renovating and my mudroom. They were very helpful with excellent suggestions to identify specific tile that worked with my new cabinets, etc. I set up an appointment to have the rooms measured by their installer, which was required to order the tile (I agree). Unfortunately, they called and cancelled the appointment. I was unable to reschedule the appointment because they did not return my messages and did not answer the phone. Because they had provided the details of the tile that we selected, I went to another store to purchase the tile for just the half bath and had it installed by one of their recommended installers.

The morning that work was to begin they showed up exactly on time at 7:30 AM. They worked straight through until 7 PM. They set up the sawing on the deck so as to minimize the dust which I appreciated. They were considerate of the fact that my cats were freaking out and allowed me to stay inside my office for the day with them, and did the office the second day. I very much appreciated that. The installers were Mathias and Diego and they were very nice, polite, neat and did an excellent job. Both days, the cleanup was great. Day two they vacuumed the place top to bottom which was great

We had a small area of water damage which lead us to need a re-do our kitchen floor and entry way. We randomly walked into their showroom and had a talk with the owner. He was really helpful and put a real quick quote together with the measurements I had written. That quote ended up being right-on other than the upgrade in ceramic tile we selected. They ordered the wrong tile initially but did their best to solve the problem quickly. They also encountered issues in removing the old tile which put them back two full days, but the owner handled it professionally. Neither party wanted the project to finish behind schedule, but the floor looks awesome and that's what counts.

Payneless Flooring was a great company to work with. They were great during the pre-sales consultation in determining the right type of wood flooring for our needs and also really helpful in guiding us on carpet selection for our stairs. They also came in over $1500 cheaper than the two local flooring companies from whom we also received quotes, which was a pleasant surprise. The installers came in and were not only professional- they were actually really nice guys... And boy did they work hard. They had more completed after the first day than they had planned and had the job completed well before they had promised- which is great whenever you have any renovation works going on at home. The quality of the work was great- I keep pausing to look at my new floors and I am really happy both with the selection of wood and the fit/finish they provided. All in all Payneless Flooring is that rare company who simply delivers on what they promise- quality flooring at a great price, by people who really care about what they do.

Very pleased with the overall experience.

They were excellent in every aspect, from helping me select the materials, to the care they took in measuring to the actual installation. Both rooms look fantastic! I am having them back to install hardwood in two rooms and will update after that. Update: Payneless also did hardwood in my living room and hallway. I'm not exaggerating when I say I had tears in my eyes when I saw the completed project. It's just that beautiful. They were absolutely meticulous. I can't recommend them enough.

We have hardwood floor throughout our townhouse including the kitchen. The kitchen looks very worn and in places it's down to the bare wood. We contacted Payneless to come give an estimate for resanding. Jon came as scheduled and told us we could re-sand the floor or replace it with another surface. We got written estimates via email later that day forboth choices. We have not yet decided which option we're going to take and I'll update this review once we do that. Based on Jon/Payneless's responsiveness so far we do intend to use them for this work.

I called twice leaving messages both times to ask for a floor install estimate. They never returned my calls.

Everything went extremely well. They showed up every day at the time scheduled with minimal disruption to our family. They were meticulous with sealing off the areas of the house they were not working in to minimize any dust from the sanding - including the balcony across our family room. They ran into one structural problem which they promptly brought to our attention and upon authorizing the additional work (at minimal cost) they resolved it. They are perfectionist at their trade. This was the third time we've used them. Previously they did the tile work in a bathroom, both floor and walls. They also recently installed a rubber floor in our third story fitness room and a wide wood plank type flooring in the adjoining bedroom. This team of talented professionals will continue to be our go to provider for all of our flooring and tile needs!

Excellent! They are all about QUALITY and price. Our installer is true craftsman. He has a gift. Professional, courteous, hardworking. Our new bathrooms are nothing short of gorgeous. John and Patty are very sensitive to pricing and extremely honest. They also provide a lot of guidance on what works and what doesn't. Some people I've dealt with just go with whatever you want. Well a layperson doesn't really have the experience to envision the finished product. They helped me a lot here. I truly cannot say enough good things about this company and the integrity of the people that work there.

Matt and his crew are awesome proffessional, reliable, honest and affordable. They will work with any budget.You won't be disappointed. I couldn't be happier with my bathroom and they are starting another one this month. I will always recommend Payneless Flooring.
