Great experience. Jerry removed outdated/dangerous wiring in the entire house and brought it up to code. Jerry was great to work with and had good suggestions for wiring layout. He is very pleasant and responsive.

The electrician was a nice man and knew his work well. He did a lovely job and the sawdust and mess were cleaned up as well. I do not recall the price of the lights, but I had shopped around and chose Malsky Electric for their fair prices.

Went great, I got a phone estimate that was very competitive with others, they came on time, were very quick, and left no mess.

He was very prompt with giving us a written estimate on the spot. Work started as planned and finished on time. His work is professional. I asked him for his opinion on a do-it-yourself type of project (installing under cabinet lights), and he didn't feel comfortable with the proximity of the wires to the sink and stove, and he installed it for me with no charge. He added an outlet with installing our driveway lights without an extra charge. They clean up after themselves and will return to finish anything that got missed. He even comes to check on his work if something doesn't work right and doesn't charge for it. His asst. and he are quick & quiet with their work. We have referred them to many family/friends, who have also expressed their respect for his work. I have his number stored on my cell because I know that if I have any electrical question, I can call him up and get it answered or looked at without the fear of being patronized. This electrician came on a weekend. He knew immediately what was wrong and fixed it right away. No mess, no fuss just great work. We're happy.

Jerry provided an estimate over the phone and fit me into his schedule very promptly! He and his assistant came and installed 2 ceiling fans (it took about 4 hours) in my condo. They were very clean and professional. My only complaint is that both my ceiling fans had remote controls, which required a code to be configured inside the ceiling fans. Jerry and his assistant didn't configure the codes in the fans before installing them. After they left, both fans and lights turned on and off at the same time, regardless of which remote control was used. In order to fix this, I had to take the fans down myself and reprogram them.

I enjoyed working with Jerry. Scheduling the work was very reasonable. He and an assistant arrived on time, reviewed and quoted the work and actually finished a little bit ahead of time. Good clean up. Very courteous. Great experience and will use again. Highly recommended.

Having had a bad experience with a different electrician, I was very pleased with the quality of his work, efficiency, promptness, and price. He showed up promptly with his assistant and began work immediately. He was surprisingly efficient. Knowing that the fan had to be replaced, he purchased a good quality fan, but gave me the option to wait to repair the existing unit. I opted for the new one. He was no nonsense and direct, which I prefer. He shared his pricing $250/first 2 hrs and $125/hr, there after (includes assistant). Job was done in 4.5 hours and all the improvements were explained in detail. Overall, I was very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to use him again and probably will.

Quality work, on time, and on budget. The best contractor of any discipline we've hired to date. Does a clean job and is competitive on price. Installed a GFCI outlet (with no extra charge) when he noticed we had an unprotected outlet in the bathroom. Highly recommended.

Jerry and his assistant were professional and fast. We were told by another electrician that the job would take a day. Jerry was in and out in 1/2 a day.

Very nice experience. They returned my call within 20 minutes of my call, and gave me an estimate over the phone based on my description of the job. The electrician arrived on time and performed the work quickly, and did a great job patching the Sheetrock.

Jerry Malsky was a very efficient, quick and neat worker. His price came in at $300 less than anyone else. I've recommended him to neighbors and they've all been very satisfied with his work. One of them commented she would only use Malsky Electric for all future electrical work, as will I.

I called 3 electricians on Angie's List. 1 called me back the same day, the other 2 within 24 hours of my message. I had quotes within 72 hours from 2. Overall satisfaction: Very good. They were timely, left alone in the house periodically, cleaned up after themselves, & did what they said they would. The job was a little messy because of dust from the recessed light installation, but they brought some drop cloths for furniture & floors. My only criticism would be that they left the trash from the job for me to haul to the curb & dispose of. Price: beat the price of another Angie's List electrician by about $2000.

First rate electrician! Jerome Malsky returned my phone call in less than an hour, on Easter Sunday, no less. He gave an estimate over the phone, scheduled the work promptly, showed up on time, did a good job with the work and even threw in a dimmer switch without charging extra. I will definitely hire him again.

Malsky Electric was one of three electricians off Angie's List I called and received quotes from. Malsky had the best price for this fairly standard project. Jerome was very good about returning my call in a timely fashion, quoting the project, and setting up a convenient time. He even called back to reschedule when he determined he could come do the work that same week -- much to my pleasure. He was punctual, cleaned up any mess, and, as a courtesy, hooked up an additional phone line (at no extra charge) while he and his partner were up wiring the cable. I would most definitely use Malsky Electric again and highly recommend them.

I CALLED JERRY ON A MONDAY AND LEFT A MESSAGE, HE RETURNED MY CALL WITHIN AN HOUR! I EXPLAINED THE JOBS I NEEDED AND HE GAVE ME A ROUGH ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE THEN SCHEDULED THE JOB FOR WEDNESDAY. HE CALLED ME WED. MORNING TO LET ME KNOW HE WOULD BE AT MY HOUSE WITHIN 15 MINUTES. JERRY IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, VERY EFFICIENT, AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED. I AM VERY PLEASED!
