The job was well done.

Shawn was our "second opinion" and I'm so glad we took the extra step of having him come. He and Anthony did a beautiful job mounting my TV and snaking the wires behind the wall. My living room looks so much better, I have no idea why I waited so long. When he gave me the quote Shawn gave me some great advice about changing the TV bracket I was planning to use, and gave me a quote way below the other guys. When it came time for the install, they were punctual fast and friendly. They brought and installed everything I needed, including a surge protector. Some small holes drilled in the course of the install were promptly and neatly patched, and they vacuumed after themselves. They obviously really knew what they were doing, and even taught my husband, who is a network engineer, a thing or two he didn't know about cables. They came in under budget, almost half of our other quote. I felt very comfortable having them in my home, and I plan to call them again as soon as it's time for our next project!

As one piece to a first floor renovation, I had Shawn install a 56" flat screen tv into a pre-existing cabinet and wire my kitchen and bathroom for audio. Without question this was the best decision of the entire renovation AND the easiest. I gave Shawn my budget up front and he was able to tell me what I could do within that budget- always making sure he gave me choices. Once we decided on the tv, Shawn explained that he could hide all of the components in a separate room. Shawn came when he said he would, did what he said he would and came in under budget! Shawn integrated my audio in my kitchen and bathroom into the same remote for my tv. On my tv; I can watch Netflix, Apple TV, Hulu, cable, or a DVD. Within my kitchen and bathroom I can use either the tv remote or my smart phone to listen to my iTunes, pandora, satellite radio or sirius radio. The speakers are seamless within my kitchen- you can barely see it, but absolutely hear it, After the initial audio installation, we did experience some difficulty using our remote. Shawn came to the house the same day we called and fixed the problem. The entire project was completed long before the rest of the renovations. His installation team was friendly and neat. My electrician even commented on how good his speaker wiring was. In the future I will be adding a home security system and a thermostat. I will certainly be calling Kreative AV in the future. I would recommend them without reservation.
