Excellent! Leo and his team did a fantastic job and finished our project on time and on budget. They enhanced our outdoor courtyard creating a wonderful space for our residents to enjoy!

Leo of M&L Landscaping and Construction took a look at the job and knew it wasn’t going to be easy. He quoted and we ultimately agreed to go forward. I provided a down payment and about a week later he and his team arrived on site, manually excavated holes to pour concrete piers and poured the concrete. After cure time, his team installed Lally columns and necessary supporting beams and the job was done. Leo’s team stayed on task and were very committed to finishing the job professionally. Great, hard-working team and very professional.

I was seeking a qualified contractor for a project at my residence. I contacted Angie’s List for recommendations and was promptly connected with Leo, owner of M&L Company. After our initial conversation, we scheduled a meeting for a project estimate. Although the original agreed-upon date was postponed by the contractor, we rescheduled and his team subsequently began work. During the course of the project, I observed that proper precautions were not taken to protect my property. Dirt was deposited in front of my home, and a tractor was used to transport soil from the front to the backyard, resulting in significant damage to my front lawn. While the backyard was levelled to my satisfaction, there were minor issues with the completed work. Leo and I agreed that he would return to address the damage to the front lawn. Instead of repairing the lawn as discussed, Leo advised me to purchase grass seed and water the affected area myself, suggesting that improvement would take several months. Despite following his instructions, there has been little improvement to the front lawn. On May 20, 2025, I contacted Leo again to request that he inspect the ongoing damage and propose a solution. He assured me he would visit the property, but he has not followed through or communicated further regarding this matter.

They were great and completed the project on time and did great work. We waited a year to add the review as we wanted to make sure that walkway can withstand the winter and it did. Leo was good in ensuring the work was done properly and very professional.

We hired M & L to repair and shore up our decks for safety and attractiveness. Leo and his team did an excellent job and were able to get it all done in one day. They were on time and worked very diligently the whole time they were here. Leo the owner is very good about communicating with you via text or phone, and is very responsive. He was very nice and friendly, but the price was too high for the job. They are all very friendly, but he did not bring some tools, and I do not agree with what I pay for what I get.

The team did an excellent job and were very efficient. We were able to expedite the date of our work which was an added bonus! We had a parking pad installed with crushed rock, stone dust finish, along with underlying dry well system for our nearby gutters. The team is extremely hard working and despite pouring rain finished the entire job in less than a day. We will be looking to hire again.

The hardest working group of guys I have ever met in my life and I have done multiple projects in my house using different contractors. This is the best company I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Highly professional and they showed up at 6:30 am and stayed until 7 PM. My patio is a stunner. It came out simply gorgeous and was done so quickly and efficiently. All I can say is WOW! My neighbors are all coming over and complementing me on this beautiful patio. We had an area of our lawn that despite care and irrigation would not reliably and uniformly grow grass. We hired M&L Landscaping to take out whatever was left of the old lawn and replace it with new sod. They did the work last fall and now with the spring this year it looks OUTSTANDING and is growing fast. The M&L team did a great job and we are very happy with both the results and their commitment to us in the future. A first class job done by highly knowledgeable professionals. We will contract with them again in the future for other landscaping projects.

Leo and his team completed their second job I hired them to do at our home. The first job was last fall. They regraded an acre in the backyard for proper runoff and repaired a 2 year old paver patio that was not done properly the first time. Always on time, good communication, and above all, a job done right. I invited them back this spring to grade the front of the property and customize the drainage that flows under the driveway. Another job done right and on time. They work hard and are worth every penny.

M & L Pro did a great job transforming our small condo association’s landscaping and fencing and did it all in only two days. We had an old, broken wood fence, ancient mailboxes and terribly overgrown plantings along the street, and Leo and his team took all that away and replaced it with a nice, white pvc fence and put down beautiful river stone instead of mulch. It looks like a totally different place. Their pricing was fair, there was good communication and they all worked very hard to get the job done right. We would hire them again in a minute and would recommend them highly.

They are honest about their schedule (typically short wait times) and the prices are very good. We were pleased with the quality of all the projects they did and would hire them again.

Leo was recommended to me in my search to replace a large 70 ft x 6 ft retaining wall and fence, which surround a swimming pool. He was the most reasonably priced bid, and once we got the permit approved, which required engineering plans, it took one week to demolish the old wall and put up a beautiful Ideal Block wall. Since the patio was half torn up due to the demolition, he asked if I wanted to redo the patio. It was more money than I planned, and he allowed me to pay over specified time frame. He added a small retaining wall 3 ft x 7 ft and did a walkway from the gate to the driveway matching the patio perfectly. He completed all the work in three weeks, passed inspection and we have a beautiful oasis.

Leo and his crew were just wonderful to work with. I have never seen men work so hard and accomplish so much in just 2 days of work. This was the second time I hired Leo and this job was much bigger. They spring cleaned my yard, mulched the flower beds that encircle the yard, layer down a people and slate walkway between my driveway, backyard & my shed. They also water pressure treated the rock wall that goes down both sides of my driveway. The blew off the moss, dirt & many years of crud. Then they grouted the walls and they look brand new!. They also landscaped my front walkways so that both sides are balanced. Leo, is just great to work with & I recommend him without reservation!9
