Description of Work: Arlex is my heating oil company, and services my boiler. My boiler needed to be replaced, and although it did take a while to make an appointment for the estimate, once that was done the installation went very smoothly. The new boiler's improvements were explained to me. And now I have reliable heat again. Last winter whenever the boiler shut down I called for service and the response was very prompt. I have been on the budget plan for years which helps me plan my own budget. And the service plan is wonderful when something goes wrong.
