We always sign up for that $300 emergency program with this company where they come out once a year to pump our sewer. We don't connect to the county so that feat is well worth our money and then they come whenever we need them to pretty much. The guys they sound out are just really nice and they never complain about anything. We have manhole covers here that are always under a foot of dirt and they will dig out without even complaining. They're great about scheduling too and I like that a lot.

They do outstanding work. They drained the old unit out and they disposed of the old unit. They are extremely professional. They are very nice people and their price was good. Their work is definitely worth it.

I think they did a very good job. The only complaint that I had was the price. It was way too high. They were friendly and made sure to answer all of our questions. I would recommend them to other people, but warn them that the price is higher than most. It is the quality of the work though that will keep me a customer.

I mentioned the project during a routine toilet replacement at my old house, and the Rodenhiser plumber on that project suggested I call Dan Junek. Dan came to Worcester for an estimate at my convenience (I hadn't yet moved) and worked with the developer and the developer's plumbing contractor in figuring out how to do both projects. (He even gave the developer's plumber some hints on the furnace installation he was having trouble with.) He then made another trip with the plumber who would be doing the work, talked through the project with him, and made sure he got started OK. The work was done on schedule, on budget, with no problems and good communication and cleanup. I would definitely use them again, especially for a complicated project.

I liked the plumber but I thought the pricing, based on the job and not on the time was exorbitant. It took him at most an hour. He also did not get back to me as he said he would.

They were respectful and polite. They were accommodating and the owner called afterward to check and make sure I was happy. Approximate cost is for labor only, I bought all of the materials.

Called to replace a broken gas boiler (furnace). Without putting much effort into diagnosing the problem they replaced one part ($175). That did not fix the problem. The repairman then recommended that I replace another part ($600). I declined to replace the second part. I then used Angie's List to find another plumber that performed the work quickly & at a fair price. The guy from Rodenhiser was right about replacing the $600 part. But it only cost me $255 for the other guy to replace it.

I THOUGHT THE REPRESENTATIVES DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON BOTH ITEMS. THEY WORK FROM A PRICE BOOK FOR EACH TASK. MY GENERAL FEELING WAS THAT THE FAUCET REPLACEMENT WAS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, CONSIDERING I BOUGHT THE THING MYSELF IN ADVANCE, BUT THAT THE CHECK VALVE REPLACEMENT WAS AN EXCELLENT VALUE GIVEN HOW MUCH WORK WAS INVOLVED. I HAD USED THEM 2 YEARS BEFORE FOR ANOTHER JOB AND WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK THEN AS WELL. THEY DISCOUNT THEIR WORK IF YOU PAY FOR A SERVICE INSPECTION PLAN, WHICH BASICALLY ADDED UP TO THE SAME TOTAL BOTH TIMES I USED THEM. THE INSPECTION PLAN GOT ME A FREE WALK AROUND WITH A VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY PLUMBER WHO GAVE ME A LOT OF GOOD SUGGESTIONS (NOT JUST THINGS I COULD HIRE THEM TO DO, BUT THINGS I COULD DO MYSELF) AND FREE QUOTES FOR POTENTIAL FUTURE WORK. THE PLAN ALSO PROMISES PRIORITY SERVICES AND REDUCED FEES FOR EMERGENCY WORK, AND DISCOUNTED PARTS.

PRICE WAS MORE THAN APPROXIMATE QUOTE. TOILETS ROCK 6 MONTHS AFTER THE JOB. THEY COME OUT ONCE & DIDNT GET IT FIXED PROPERLY. FYI: FOR AN EXTRA $25 THEY WILL COME OUT ONCE A YEAR TO INSPECT PLUMBING.
