Connor, the sales technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He asked great questions and took photos of important pieces of the project. He was comfortable discussing small details of the project and made intelligent suggestions. Unfortunately, Nicholson does not do DUCTED mini-splits at this time, and my unit will certainly require that for my 3rd floor space with low ceilings. Connor was very upfront about this fact, but says he will get back to me with a proposal that doesn't include that space.

Kyle R. did a great job! He is very professional, polite, and able to discuss the problem in details. He also spent time answering all our questions. He quickly found what the problem was and resolve the issue very quickly. We are now ready to receive the summer with the AC giving cold air! First of all, I called many plumbers and no one responded. But Nicholson Plumbing immediately called me back and I was able to get an appointment for 2 days later. Shane Boivin did an excellent job and spent all day fixing my problems. He completely explained what was going on and clearly explained my options. He figured out what was going on with the bathtub spout leaks and he replaced the old shower valve. I also asked him to replace the old tub spout which he did. The kitchen faucet was leaking and I asked him to replace it rather than fix it. He showed me what was available at the warehouse since I did not want to go shopping for a new tub spout and kitchen faucet due to COVID. He also replaced the corroded water shutoffs under the bathroom and kitchen sink. All work was done the same day. I definitely will use this company again.

Excellent service on very short notice over Thanksgiving weekend. The dispatcher was wonderful in getting help quickly. Brian arrived within an hour or two, did an inmediate fix to stop the leak tso that the water could be turned on again, then returned in 2 days when the parts arrived to finish the job. I cannot comment on the price because I did not shop around given the situation, but the tremendous service was much appreciated..

They did a great job. Top notch company. Scheduling was good. Good administrative staff. They were certified installers. They had good customer service. They handled all of the rebates through an energy rebate program in Massachusetts. Great pricing.

Went well. They stayed for gas company to arrive after hours on a Friday. Made sure all fittings were properly installed and made sure we had hot water and cooling range over the weekend.

Tried to up-sell me, way over the top. Told me whole flush valve, fill valve, and water supply line all needed to be replaced at cost of over $400. I declined, just paid their trip charge, then took a look myself, realized the only problem was a worn-out rubber gasket. Fixed it myself for $10. Felt they were really trying to take advantage of me, rather than diagnosing the problem and doing only what NEEDED to be done to fix it.

The plumbers were courteous, competent, ands professional, and they got the job done in a timely manner. There was a mishap where vibration from a reciprocating saw rattled some dishes off a shelf and they were broken. The office personnel were courteous and reasonable and they very generously compensated us for the damages. This is the mark of a first class outfit.
