Description of Work: Representative of the company (Roger) came to see our windows, said that he can do what we want without a problem and promised estimate of the job in a week. After several weeks we tried to contact the company. Our calls were never returned. We left several messages. After many tries we got hold of the live person (Colleen). She seemed sincere. She apologized and promised that we would get a call or email. It never happened. Again our follow up calls were not returned. What a waste of our time! They even did not have a common decency to pick up a phone and tell us that they cannot or don't want to do the job!
