Description of Work: Our AC stopped working on a Thursday evening. I called and left a message on Northeast's machine about 7 pm Thursday night. The next morning about 8:15 am I received a call and was scheduled for later that afternoon. I received another call about 20 minutes prior to Eric's arrival letting me know he was on his way. He showed me the problem, got a new part for me, installed it, and was completely finished within the hour. He was polite, friendly, and efficient.

+ -1 moreWe worked with them through my home owner’s contract. They worked well with American Home Shield in getting the unit fixed. It was during the dead of winter and they did arrive promptly. They were very professional and did a good job. They were polite and we were happy with the work. The igniter had gone bad a couple days after the repair and they had to come back. The technician did come back to complete the repair, but was grumpy about it.
