Joshua is polite, punctual, and professional. He takes time to explain everything to me in terms I can understand, and he offers options for dealing with heating and cooling issues. We have been customers of this company since its inception. They have done maintenance on our furnace and air conditioner for years. In September, Joshua performed our yearly furnace maintenance. On Monday, October 28th, we found ourselves without heat, our furnace was not working. We called Joshua twice during the day and never received a response. That night, I emailed Joshua to ask if he intended to assist us with our no heat problem. He emailed me on Tuesday morning to say he could no longer be our contractor because my husbands cigarette and pipe smoke made him sick. He has never ever mentioned this before and to pick a time when we have no heat to inform us of his change in heart was a very poor business in our opinion. We were left with no established company to repair our furnace due to our trusting Joshua. When we did find a new contractor, the serviceman pointed out to us a large build-up of soot in the furnace, the oil filters were not changed, the nuzzle was dirty and another item of routine maintenance was not performed. Truly disappointed in this company that we trusted and found out the hard way that they could not be relied upon.

Joshua did an excellent job installing four mini splits to our newly purchased home. Wonderful to work with and very accommodating. Delivered as promised!

Year Round Heating and Cooling installed a ductless mini-split for me a few years back. (2 or three). I called them this year because the heat was not working. They refused to service their device. Another company came to service it and they said the installation was not done correctly. I am going to have to pay a lot to fix this problem. I am very upset!

Josh is extremely reliable and knowledgeable, I would not hesitate to hire him for other projects in the future. He is a great guy that does excellent work, I have had him do numerous projects for us, every time was done right, clean and pleasant. Josh did repair, cleaning and maintenance on my minisplits and maintenance on my gas furnace. He offers excellent customer service. He was very professional, personable and efficient. He spent time explaining clearly everything about the units and their care and performance. I am so pleased to have found him to provide these services for my home! Josh is knowledgeable, resourceful, responsible, hard working, prices fairly, uses quality parts and equipment and I would highly recommend. He both installs and services equipment so understands as he is installing what he will need to make servicing easier and parts readily available when the time comes. He is pro active in replacing parts as necessary so that for example your furnace will make it thru the winter as it ages. But he never oversells. His pricing is very fair and reflects the quality equipment he prefers to install. Best of all he responds quickly to texts and emails for appointments or follow ups and he is easy to deal with. He has recently installed a new two zone air conditioning system, and a new double mini split system. We have a multi family home. They are all working well and do a great job cooling down the house and use much less electricity than our previous units. He definitely rates 5 stars and I would highly recommend.

I had Year Round Heating come to service my 3 ductless mini split air conditioners. I had been having the company that installed them 7 years ago service them every year. I thought that they were cleaning them, and they charged $139 per unit plus parts if needed. I kept getting black particles but had been told by the old company it was just dust. When Joshua came to service my air conditioners he really cleaned them. He brushed, vacuumed and sprayed them. He went outside and checked the units to make sure they were functioning correctly. The air coming out of the air conditioners smells clean now and NO black particles. They always had an odor before. I thought the other company was cleaning them, but when I watched Joshua clean them I realized the other company did not. Plus, I only paid $199 instead of $417 for a better job and Joshua was so pleasant .Thank you Joshua keep me on your list for cleaning next year

When my central AC stopped working I tried a few resources for a repairman. Home Advisor suggested a few; and Joshua had the best reviews. So, I left him a message in the evening and he returned a call as his business opened the next morning! He arrived later that same day. His diagnosis of the AC problem was efficient and the unit was up and running in about 15 minutes after he got here. He explained why and how the unit experienced the issue (normal part aging), and then further guided me for regular outdoor maintenance. He was very professional and won my confidence.

Joshua is an incredibly responsive, professional, knowledgable, and nice guy. I had a leak in a coil on my central AC unit and another company gave me a crazy high price to replace the coil and was actually pressuring me to replace the entire system even though we had just had it installed new only 3 years ago. A friend gave me Joshua's number, and he actually talked and texted me through many different options over the course of a couple of days without ever meeting me or charging me a cent. Other guys would have charged me at least $150 just to show up and have the conversation! He gave me a significantly lower price to do the repair job, and has since quickly and effectively dealt with other problems we've had even when they were urgent and we were out of town. As a bonus, Joshua is great with my 5 year old and 2 year old. They love him!
