I hired Camp;M to perform a powerwash of the exterior of my home and to clean out the gutters. A two-man crew showed up as scheduled, clarified the services I wanted, and promptly went to work. The owner, Brian, even stopped by to check on his crew and we had a great conversation. The work was professional, done in a relative short amount of time, and for a very reasonable price. After the job was completed, I received an email with my invoice.I would highly recommend C and M to anyone in need of any power-washing services.

Very professional, clearly communicated the project over the phone and in the job proposal. The crew did a great job. The roof was covered in moss, mold, stains. Right away the roof looked fantastic and still does six months later.

I did my research and found Cleaning and Maintenance Services, Inc which is Brian's company, was definitely much more reasonable compared to many of the other cleaning companies. I found that many other cleaning services were a bit pricey. I was very pleased and would recommend them to any one in need of professional cleaning and maintenance of their home.

Had house and garage power-washed. Showed up as expected. Provided detailed proposal, proof of insurance, etc. Worker did a very thorough job. I was very happy with the results. Cost was reasonable.

C&M Services did a beautiful job cleaning our roof. Our roof tiles look like new! I went onto Home Advisor to find a reputable company. Soon after I received a call from Brian at C&M Services. He explained, in detail, the Touchless process he uses, how long he's been using it and the results we should expect. We made an appt. for the same week & they got it done! We would definitely hire them again. Nice work, reasonable price, reliable.

They were amazing. They have done two houses and a camper trailer for us. We have a small section at the house - a fence they were able to power wash with no extra charge.
