I have used Milton for a couple years now and would highly recommend him. I have used him for both major and minor projects. 1. ROOFING, repair and troubleshoot leaks. New roof, which includes stripping, and replacing of rafters and plywood. 2. DECKS, new construction of entry decks, including one in the river. 3. FLOORS, jacked up and leveled floors. 4. SIDING, repaired and replaced vinyl siding. 5. LAUNDRY ROOM, constructed a new laundry room in a second floor apartment. 6. Windows, repaired or installed window sills and trim. 7. DOORS, installed doors. 8. WORKSHOP, constructed a new workshop with shelves. 9. TREE TRIMMING, cut broken branches and thinned trees. 10. SHELVES, constructed shelves for storage in a garage. As you can see, Milton has a wide variety of talents. He is punctual and communicates well. I have owned property for 50 years and have hired many people to do work. I know how important it is to have confidence in someone working in your home. Milton will do an outstanding job for you at a fair price.
