Description of Work: We had a clogged bathroom sink drain that was resisting my own snaking. Called for help and the power-auger was able to clear whatever issue there was. One suggestion would be to work on the cleanliness. Possibly wear booties when leaving the bathroom and also laying down a towel due to the mess that can be created. But service-wise, was very happy!

Description of Work: I had a sewer line clogged on the day when it was raining like there is no tomorrow. Rooterman came out on the exact time they said they would. It took him 3 hours to do the job and in the mean time he rescheduled his other jobs until mine was completed. I couldn't use the toilet or shower until this was done. He ended up cleaning a lot of roots in the line. Job was done.

 + 0 morePaul showed up on time. He was courteous and professional. He cleaned up under and around the sinks and tub. He even offered to check the other tub which wasn't part of the service call - at no charge. He provided advice on how to keep the drains clean. I highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Called in early December to schedule an appointment for slow moving drains in two bathrooms. I had to call once to reschedule and they were very accommodating.

 + -1 moreThey came within 24 hours to snake two drains, one in the bathtub, one in the bathroom sink. They were ultimately unsuccessful in unclogging the sink, although they made three visits to try (the last by the owner). He believes the pipe is corroded closed. I admire and appreciate that they did their best to get it open; they really worked at it and tried everything they could without opening the wall. Less stellar was the housekeeping/clean-up of the first two crews. Before they started snaking, I asked if I should remove everything from under the sink. They said no. It would have taken me 30 seconds to remove all the drawers. After they were gone, I spent 1/2 hour cleaning all the crud off the drawers and their contents. On the first day when the crew member re-attached the lifter to the sink stopper, he used duct tape instead of the hardware he had removed. I have no idea why. On the second day, they did not do a good job of reattaching the trap, and it leaked.

 + -1 moreI checked Angie's List for providers in my area. I had used Rooter Man before, and even though they didn't have many reports, I selected them. I called about 8:30pm and left a message. I got a call back in 15 minutes. They would have come out that evening for $45 extra and I decided the next day was fine. They promised between 9 and 11am and came as promised. Work took about 45 minutes as they had to do some things in the basement too. Drain runs well. Happy with the job. Recommended. This is probably the second or third time we've used them in the last five years.
