I took the car in for service bright and early Monday morning.  They were all ready for me.  I provided the new headlight assembly myself, and Barry installed it.  Not something you could get the dealer to do, and the dealer would have charged five times as much for the  unit.  The car was ready as scheduled on Wednesday.  It was not quite complete -- one of the new grills for the new bumper didn't fit, so I had to return a few days later to get that replaced.  This was done without a problem.  Overall, I'm very satisfied.  It was a good job and it was done on time and on budget.  Barry is very easy to deal with.

I have been to Barry twice for repairs on my 2001 Audi S4. Both times, when the insurance adjuster specified cheaper, after-market parts, Barry put in the extra time and effort to demonstrate to the adjuster that the parts were not up to the quality standards of the more expensive, original equipment parts. The result was higher quality repairs that have stood the test of time and helped the car retain both its appearance and its value. He also did an excellent job matching the original pearlescent paint, which is extremely hard to do. I would highly recommend Barry; he has exceptionally high standards and is a pleasure to work with.

Very professional. Worked with insurance company adjuster directly to get estimate approved. Completed work in a very timely and professional manner once approved by insurer. When vehicle was returned at lease end was appraised at having no damage. Highly recommend.

I had an estimate from the dealer for $1050 to install a new bumper cover and related parts. A body shop in Sudbury said they could probably put the existing cover back into place for $100, but I'd have to leave it all day. Barry's was recommended by Angie's List, so I went there for a second opinion. He told me that he couldn't do much better for price than the dealer, since he doesn't recommend third-party bumper covers, though he thought he could do a better paint job. However, after taking a second look, he took out a small pry bar and was able to simply pop the existing cover back into place! It took him less than two minutes. I was impressed.
I did go back a week later so he could re-bolt the cover via the wheel well. I paid him $20, though he did not request it -- it was worth it to me to have my car looking decent again, and not paying $100 to the other shop for the same job. Only took a few minutes. He was very pleasant. Overall, an excellent experience.
Once I get a chance to have the job done fully, I expect I'll have him do the work.

I was responsibly driving my 2010 Ford Fusion (the nicest car I've ever owned) when I was rear-ended by an elderly driver on Route 9, which was a total bummer. Fortunately my emotional pain was eased because I already knew there was an excellent auto body shop in Natick, Barry's Auto Body.

Barry fixed my 1999 Infiniti G-20 a few years back (I wrote about that experience here on Angie's List). Barry and his wife Janette run a completely professional and trustworthy operation that I highly recommend.

The key to the service here is that Barry stands up for the customer when it comes to the insurance company. What you don't know can really hurt you when it comes to collision repairs. Barry made sure to take the rear panels off of the car before the adjuster paid a visit, to carefully inspect the car for all signs of damage, no matter how small, before the adjuster saw anything. Collision car damage is like an iceberg; what you see on the surface amounts to only a fraction of the total. Barry is a smart dude who knows his stuff down to the last detail. I can't see an adjuster arguing with Barry for very long.

Janette and Barry kept me informed with regular updates about the car on the phone. We had to wait for a part for a few days and they were apologetic even though it wasn't a big deal at all to me. When I picked the car it looked and drived like new and even had the "new car smell" we all know and love.

If you end up getting into an automobile accident in the Metrowest area of Boston, don't freak out about your car damage. Peace of mind is at 10 Cochituate Road in Natick at Barry's Auto Body.

Barry was great! I called to see about getting an estimate for a front bumper (new-part) replacement on my 2006 Highlander and he could see me straight away. He provided an estimate quickly and was able to schedule an appointment within 2 weeks. He estimated about a week and was right on. Car looks fantastic (they even cleaned it). Very happy and would use again or recommend to anyone else.

Picked it up and it looks like new! Entire inside was detailed as well which was done without me even asking. Car looks absolutely pristine right down to the wheels and the cup holders. And for a very fair price. This guy is a master at his craft.

Barry gave me a fair quote and fixed both the core radiator support and the rust spots within days. The car drives like a dream now and looks terrific. The rust fixes were like magic - I can't see any trace of a problem. It truly is an art form. Instead of throwing them out or trading them in, people have the opportunity to maintain their vehicles in these challenging economic times - and West Foreign Auto Body is a perfect place to do it. I am going to be bringing my Honda in for some additional work based on the excellent results with my G20. Thanks Barry!

BARRY DOES ONLY FIRST RATE WORK. HE WILL DO HIS BEST TO PROTECT THE CAR OWNER AGAINST THE INSURANCE ADJUSTERS TRYING TO CUT CORNERS IN ESTIMATING THE REPAIRS. WHILE HIS SHOP IS SMALL, I'VE HAD EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WITH SCHEDULING REPAIRS.
