The owner called me back gave me a quote and sent Mathew out to do my yard did a great job. I am thankful for Home Advisor.

The owner answers his phone and requests for work or quotes right away. He came to look at irrigation system and troubleshooted it for no charge so obviously very honest. I hired him for landscaping and it’s the best job I have ever had done.

On time, efficient work, reasonable fee, lawn looks good.

Responded quickly with a quote even though we had just experienced 4 Nor'easters and he was very busy. Job was done sporadically given the fact that there were customers with more urgent needs than ours.

The repair was delayed by rain but Shane Hoctor adapted his schedule and got the roof repaired before the next weather system. Great customer service and a job well done!!

Very efficient. Called me back in a timely fashion. The job he did was perfect. I'm 125 miles away from the house he worked on and he called me and told me what he was doing and he called when he finished. I would certainly use him again.

Shane responded immediately to our request for snow plowing and removal service. Prompt, courteous and performed outstanding job. Followed up to assess our satisfaction. Returned in 30 minutes to clear snow when informed street plow blocked driveway. Great value in terms of pricing. Highly recommend him!

Hoctor Built Homes is expanding its landscaping service to the Lower Cape. He responded right away; came to give an estimate as arranged and did the work as promised to our complete satisfaction. I would use Hoctor Built Homes for all of our landscaping needs and tree work.

Contacted me within minutes of my request through Home Advisor. Performed a re-repair of a poor job done recently by another roofer following a previous storm . Shane's price for a more thorough job was less than that of the failed repair. Following completion of his work, we had another storm and Shane emailed me to say his repair was solid and I had no further damage. My roof will be replaced this spring and all indications are that Hoctor Built Homes will do the job. Incidentally, all of this took place while I am 1300 miles away from Sandwich.

They were quick to respond tour emergency by coming out and fixing our roof to completion. Excellent customer service. We would call on them again if needed and would recommend their services to others.
