They called to let me know they were running late and again to let me know they were on their way. It was pouring out and they still completed the work quickly, neatly, and fast. They were very polite and professional.

Great electrician but 2 hours after the window of time given

Excellent service. The two electricians who came to put on an exhaust fan in my bathroom were professional, friendly explained everything, and provided estimates with no pressure. No surprises. I will use them in the future.

When they did the estimate they were thorough and explained what needed to be done. Along with an itemized list, I knew the cost of what they were going to do so there were no surprises, they also did a complete safety check. They are scheduled to come back for another project and have confidence they will do a good job. I am very happy that I now have Electricians that I can call and know when I schedule an appointment they will arrive on time and complete each project.

The technician Joe was very efficient. He explained everything very clearly to us and replaced our fire alarms with new ones which are a combination of fire and Carbon monoxide which last for 10 years. He completed the work in a timely fashion. I will certainly use this company again,

Jim was on time and easy to work with.

You can count on Issac and Eric who know the business. I'll ask the team from now on. They are quick on fixing an old wire and a switch.

The Sylvester Electric technicians arrived on-schedule, wore the proper PPE, diagnosed the issues, explained the options, listened to my concerns and input, fixed the problem, evaluated the results, and left no trash behind. This, was a professional job done. The price was on the pricey side of the spectrum, but in my case, it was worth it.

Very pleasant experience. Electricians were pleasant and genuinely concerned with addressing electrical issues.

Wanted $100 to come out and give an estimate to install a generator...that is a $10,000 job ...who charges for that.

Techs (2) came on time, wore booties in my house, tracked down the problem and solved it in a professional manner. Friendly and courteous and the company followed up with a phone call to ascertain if all was well with their service.

Excellent well-priced service. They did a difficult removal of a 6 story tree over a wooden pergola. Nothing at all was damaged and the tree was removed in 2 1/2 hours. I was amazed at the their skill, professionalism and excellent price. Very high value service. The best!

Courteous and helpful - very expensive

Second time hiring them. They are reliable, efficient and communicate options very well. They wear their masks like respectable and responsible service professionals. Other pros have complained and made excuses. Thank you Sylvester....we will use you again :-D

James Paradis did an excellent job.

We spent $800+ and the issue is not fixed. They had one evaluation, the fee for which was $200+. They did not fix the problem and came back saying needed to do another **evaluation** which cost $700+. At the end of the day, the problem is still there, and they suggested to replace all the wiring. They cleaned up after the work and have good manners, but it is disappointing that we paid so much for their fees and still could not get the issues fixed!

They fixed the problem efficiently and they took the time to explain their actions. They made helpful recommendations. They were respectful and considerate of the residents. Their price was reasonable. We will call them next time.
