Great Job by this company for me today. Tom responded first thing in the morning to my project request via HomeAdvisor. I got same day service to replace my water heater. The quality of work was terrific, was explained well to me and when I asked for some additional work to be done he was able to do it as well at a great price. I am very pleased with everything that was done and would recommend him and his company highly.

Tom and Terry were professional,an and meat . Tom diagnosed what was ailing my gas burner, told me the parts he had to order, explained what was wrong and repaired the issues.I will definitely use them for future issues. Great job Thanks

Great job.. came out same day to check out and then again next day to replace my broken water heater over the christmas break.. very appreciative of that.. work on teh installation was great.. they even took the water heater back and replaced it from teh warehouse when we opened it and found multiple dents from a few drops in the shipping or warehouse.. only challenge was when we turned the water back on the air in the lines blew out my sink when we turned it on.. i had to go out and get a new sink (it was old so not entirely a bad thing) and there probably wasnt anything that could have been done about it.. but i would have liked to know it was possible beforehand or maybe if there was some way of bleeding the air out of the lines slowly i may not have opened it up all teh way in that sink..

They are very knowledgeable, honest and charges fraction of a cost of most plumbers for the same work in Boston area. I highly recommend their service.

The plumber was polite and showed up on time. The installation was expensive. I did not get the water heater that I wanted.

Tom the owner did not disclose minimum charge at initial conversation. When technician Julio arrived and asked for price he said it would be $550 and it will take 2-3 hours. I did agree on the quote. The job was completed in 30 minutes. Still they insist on $550 charge. When I spoke with Tom the owner he agreed on $500. That still comes out to be $1000/per hour charge , hardly justifying the name Boston Budget Plumbing

It was a good experience. Tom came and was very professional.
