Tom and Julio performed a thorough and efficient cleaning and tune-up of our building's gas furnace. His service included some additional steps that another plumber's quote did not which was nearly two times Boston Budget's price!

Tom is very professional and straight forward in his answers and pricing. He cares about doing excellent work and this all I can ask for.

Tom quickly resolved the immediate problem but that exposed a more serious problem. He dispatched two workers who replaced an old broken shut off valve that was leaking. I'm very satisfied with this company.

I had spent weeks with GE warranty support and other plumbers in troubleshooting my water heater problem. I finally was ready to pay for a new water heater and installation fee before I contacted Boston Budget. But, they were able to use my warranty on the water heater and got me a new one. Extremely professional service, they removed the old one out and took it to Home Depot replaced it and installed the new one. Thanks to Tom, I was able to save on the cost of a new water heater.

Tom Phan is a reliable, friendly and highly competent plumber. He knows his craft extremely well and his expertise is reflected in the excellent service he offers. He offers a friendly demeanor, kindness, warmth and patience in his dealing with customers. He always follows through. Our gas water heater died on Labor Day weekend. Our neighbors suggested we call Tom, and he said he would be there that evening. He arrived 20 minutes early, went to the basement, reviewed what needed to be done, and gave us three pricing options. He began work right away! They were in the house for 90 minutes and it was DONE! They were so professional: quiet conversation, reasonable prices, they cleaned up afterward, just awesome work! He obviously loves his job. I was so pleasantly surprised that they replaced the water heater immediately � ON LABOR DAY, no less! We consider Tom Phan and Boston Budget our new plumber. Terrific work!
