Test drove a Honda Pilot on Monday came up to buy it on Tuesday. Honda North dropped the advertised price by $500 between Monday and Tuesday and charged the prior price. I've been taken for $500. Thank you Honda North!

I purchased my cars from them.  Therefore,  I'm getting free oil changes for two years.  I will have four free oil changes by then.  The wait was not long.  I am in and out.  I dropped it off and went back and picked it up.  I don't live far.

They did very well. Its a dealer, its not the cheapest, but everything else is excellent. The work takes shouldn't take more than an hour for that low level maintenance. The workers are top marks, very professional.

I bought my car new from Honda North and I'd taken it there for service for about the first 9 years. I needed brakes and since I had the airbag recall I thought I would take it back there. A got a call from the service agent, Dave, telling me that there were lots of things wrong and he wasn't certain if it was worthwhile (read, buy a new car). This irritated me since I went in with a very specific list. He told me that the list of things that needed work would cost $6300. I asked him how much for the brake job and he told me $2900. He told me that both front and back brakes needed new rotors and pads, which I expected, but then he told me that I needed 4 new calipers.
I had a male friend who is a gear head call them and they were polite but gave him the save BS. First I told them to go ahead because I was leaving on a trip and then I decided to  change my mind. I called back within 30 minutes and left 2 messages. Finally, I called on another phone and they answered. They told me they might have started so I told them to put it back together and I'll pick it up.
I wrote to the general manager and got no response.
I picked up the car and drove it to a ship recommended by my neighbor. The cost of the new front and back rotors and pads and the repair was about $650 and they didn't need to replace the calipers! I also asked them to look at what else needed repair so they replaced the valve cover gasket, the oil pressure sender and the sway bar links and the entire bill came to $1019.
I'm never going back to Honda North. I paid them $149 for whatever labor they did.

I would NEVER use this dealership again. They overcharged for simple brake repair and they gave us a rejection sticker on a 4 year old Honda minivan. Why did they they reject the sticker. Was it something a dealership couldnt fix. No we had a battery replaced during the year - but not at the dealer - and they forgot to reset an indicator. The dealership could have fixed it but chose not to because they didn't replace the battery. I will not use the dealership in the future and I will spread the word. POOR SERVICE DEPT - DONT USE THEM.

They always do exceptional work. They make it really easy. They have express service so they'll come out to you to drive your car in. You don't have to get the - they have you registered so with just a bit of information, they can get all your information with all that. Each time you go in, you just show up, park your car and they take care of everything. And they give you a cup of coffee while you're waiting. It's just a nice thing to do.

We purchased our Honda Accord and Civic at Honda North. This service was for the Accord, but we take both vehicles there for maintenance and service. The maintenance and service pricing is typical for a dealer - a bit on the pricey side, but they are consistent and reliable and we know when we want to get another car, they'll have record of the service. They are efficient and close the service with a car wash.

Went in for oil change = was told it would be 45 min and  was out in 30 - comfortable waiting room - cleaned inside and outside of car - a little expensive but worth it for the service an extra set of eyes on the car of my car

I drove in and the staff were ready to receive me in the service bay in a timely manner. Got a coupon for a free cup of coffee or drink as I waited. I took a coke and sat to watch TV. Within a few minutes of waiting, they called me that my car was all set. I have a Honda Odyssey which I've always taken for oil change and maintenance service at Honda North for the last seven years and have always enjoyed the services I get.

Their pricing was high. Honestly, I felt they were playing games with everybody. If you traded a car, they try to give a lower one than what you traded in. I probably never go back there.

It was a bad experience, because I didn't feel that they were honest. They seemed to find additional problems that didn't really need done. I would avoid additional maintanence and warranties that they suggest. Sometimes the repairs are not necessary, and they just try to upsell you.

They have express service where we don't need an appointment to get in. We spent $140 on the last service there. They were good and we did not find them quite as friendly maybe, but it was a busy Saturday morning. It was quite chaotic there, but they did a good job and got everything done pretty quickly and we were pretty happy with them.
