I called to make a appointment with them them to service to have my chimney cleaned and checked out . They sent someone out within an hour the job got done in about 1/2 hour . Excellent job and very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Dan was excellent, and after a prompt chimney inspection and quote while we were in the process of buying a house, he went above and beyond on a chimney and liner repair with cap placement. He said it was in the top 5 most difficult jobs he had done and the work was impeccable and very reasonably priced. He was very easy to get in touch with and I would highly recommend him.

I got an annoying call from another. I said I had already contracted with A-Z. He asked "how much" and offered to do it for half! I thought this to be very unprofessional

I needed 2 chimneys rebuilt with chimney liners. A-Z Chimney Sweeps came to the rescue. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone. Dan was highly professional, honest, and trustworthy. He came recommended to me and I am very happy that I used his company. The entire crew was nice, polite, professional. The chimneys came out beautifully, they add so much character to my roofline. A true work of art, and much safer now that we know the chimneys are properly functioning.

Dan was prompt in responding, and was able to very quickly come to do a chimney inspection for us during out home buying process. He was extremely thorough and knowledgable, is also CSIA certified which was recommended by our home inspector. He wrote up our work quote then and there which was great, and allowed us to get back to the seller without delay. The quote was very reasonable and we hope to use A-Z for all of the needed repairs!

Honest and professional.

Dan at A-Z replaced an aging concrete block chimney with a beautiful steel one. A-Z worked around the scheduling of a roofer and a vinyl siding installer. A great experience and a great job. I highly recommended A-Z.

I called day before Thanksgiving when my oil burner contractor told me my chimney liner crumbled causing major issue with furnace. Called A-Z and I explained the emergency of the situation, she reached out said someone would be there by 130. Brett & Billy showed up at 1230, immediately inspected and told me that a new liner HAD to be installed for my safety and to insure I had heat. He along with my contractor stressed how lucky that the crumbled clay liner did not create a fire in my furnace. Brett took photos of the crumbled liner and sent them to me for my insurance co. A-Z responded immediately and assured me that everything with chimney would be made proper and correct. I would recommend A-Z Chimney to anyone in need of professional chimney assistance A+.

Very pleased with the customer service. knowledgeable and helpful! Cleaned and fixed the issue we had. Def calling them each year for a cleaning and inspection and any work that needs to be done.

Came to the house promptly, were great at explaining what they were doing and why they were doing it, very helpful and knowledgeable.

A to Z replaced a chimney cap that blew off during a nor easter. They were quick and efficient. They took the time to explain what was needed and showed us that a cookie cutter approach to chimney work was not what we needed. We are very happy.

A number of delays would be my only complaint. Took longer than I expected but weather was also a factor.

Very pleased with customer service and quality of work. Very knowledgeable, helpful, east to talk to. Called to say he was running late-very courteous. Having them complete a project in the spring as well.
