I had so many questions in the beginning. As I started appraisal shopping, I found Cullen Real Estate from a referral website. After speaking with Jess, she answered all of my questions and questions I didn't know I had. I felt so comfortable with our conversations. At the time I wasn't ready for their services but still we kept in contact. She responds promptly to all of my questions afterwards without knowing I was even going to move forward with their services. Once I confirmed and scheduled an appointment, Tom arrived 10 minutes early. He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He was informative and he got things done quickly. I highly recommend them.

Tom Cullen is very knowledgeable as an appraiser. He pointed out some features I had overlooked and when you hire Tom to do an appraisal you will have an experienced professional that has a keen eye. Just hire Tom. You'll be glad you made a wise decision.
