Buyer beware: I ordered a custom sofa, area rug and pillows from this company which totals over $7,000 with taxes and delivery - not inexpensive. They charged me the whole amount at that time of my order (March 24) and I never heard or gotten any updates from them for weeks after that. Finally, a week or so ago (about 7 weeks after I paid my order) I called them to follow up and was informed that delivery will be scheduled soon. I got a call from them this weekend and delivery was arranged for Monday, May 20 (yesterday).When the delivery came there was no sofa - just the area rug and some pillows. I was then told that my sofa is backordered and I will have to call their customer service to figure out when they can make it available. I explained that this was a custom made sofa and that Arhaus has made the arrangements for it to get delivered that day. After a couple of excruciating calls, I was told that the sofa did not get loaded into their truck in Ohio and so they will do so and deliver it today, May 21, between 10am - 11am EST. It is now past 11am and since I never heard from them nor gotten my delivery, I called customer service who after asking me to wait a long time while she spoke with their delivery department came back and said that she has no idea what's going on and will have to investigate and call me back by end of day today. BTW, on top of this, they also indicated in their packaging that they have 2 of the pillows that were supposed to be part of the custom order shipment and when I looked there was only one. In addition to calls I made to their customer service, I had called the Arhaus store in Natick where I bought the furniture hoping they can help, and the manager informed me that he will call me back but never did. I will never buy from this store or company again. I don't know when or if I will ever get my sofa. I feel like there does not seem to be any sense of urgency and commitment from anyone I have spoken with from Arhaus in helping me get this resolved and I have either been passed around to other departments or told I would get a call back.

We were thrilled with them. I’ll say they were fantastic, and the person we dealt with was also fantastic. I absolutely would go back to them if I needed any more furniture.

All the furniture and accessories are recycled. Everything is made in the US. The wood they use is wood that they forest for specifically. They replant the trees. The stuff they put into the couches and mattresses are soy foam or some kind of an all natural filling. We will not get a couch filled with Chinese drywall. They have good sales. We can save a bundle of money when we purchase things from them. The craftsmanship is really good. They seem to be a little more responsible. They do have some stuff which is not too good but for the most part, it is good quality furniture that we can use for a while. They have a variety of styles too. The people are very easy to work with. I bought a living room set, a dining room set and 8 chairs for $10000. They send someone to measure the place to ensure the furniture will fit. Recently, I bought a bed which did not fit. They came back to measure my entryway to make sure my furniture was going to fit. They did not charge me for it.
