Dean was very professional and responsive to any questions I had. He was helpful with options to choose materials to fit my budget. Although the job was delayed some, he was very communicative of the schedule. He also helped fix a minor siding issue that I didn't have the tools to fix.

My husband and I wanted to build a new 3 season porch to replace our deck that failed. We interviewed 3 companies to perform the work. We choose Durable Remodeling. Dean Willette discussed the project taking the time to understand what were the key aspects of the project. He then discussed the options that were available to so we were able to make informed decisions throughout the process. The quote was very competitive. Since the deck would cover the outside entrance to our basement a trapdoor needed to be built into the floor. The drawings our architect drew had a spot for the door but the design would have been too heavy to open. Dean designed the door so it was both structurally sound and functional. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and professional. The team showed up when committed, the team was knowledgeable and respectful. I always had a way to get in touch with someone to discuss any concerns I may have. When the work finished my house looked fabulous! The work was top notch. During one of the walkthroughs with the crew and the town inspectors, the inspector stopped in to tell me what a good job the team was doing. We really appreciated that. This is the 2nd time working with Durable Remodeling for a roof. This time it was my parents house that needed the roof. Dean came to the house and worked with my parents. The price was very reasonable to replace the entire roof, plywood, shingles and gutters, etc. The crew showed up tight on time and worked for over 12 hrs. They came back a few days later to install the gutters. Very good work. My parents are very pleased and relieved that its done. Communication was perfect. Dean responds very quickly to any questions and concerns you have. I highly recommend and would hire again

Durable Remodeling rebuilt our deck in February of 2018. Throughout the process, my wife and I found everyone at Durable to be polite, responsive, professional, prompt, and thorough. They arrived at work early each morning and started without imposing on either of us. The crew worked around my family’s work schedule and improvised around our lack of outdoor power. His crew completed our deck project in the week he estimated. All of the people who worked on the project were polite and respectful to both my wife and me when answering our questions and addressing our concerns about the job and its timeline. The people at Durable produced a high-quality deck, which is attractive and well-built. Durable Remodeling exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely hire then to do other jobs in the future.

Dean from Durable Remodeling is a consummate professional. He got back to me promptly with a time he could come by to give us a quote for our new 12x12 composite deck. When we met, he was very personable and friendly. I had already received a quote from another company and Dean came in about $2000 less. From that point on, it was smooth sailing. Dean completed the work when promised and we are very happy with the finished product. Highly recommend Durable Remodeling.

Dean showed up when he said he would for several appointments including the quote and the final build specifications. He gave me a window of when the project would start a few months later and called before that window to begin which we were happy about. His quoted build time of 6 days was right on track and when I found an issue that was in the quote but missed on the build, his team quickly addressed an made it right. They cleaned up the area well and the finished product is exactly what we paid for and we are happy with the results. We would hire Durable Remodeling again!

We are very happy with our new porch. It looks great and was completed within 2 weeks. One of the boards warped slightly after after the porch was completed and they came back within a couple days and fixed it. We would go with Durable again.

We are thrilled with the results. The guys with Durable Remodeling built a beautiful deck for us that is sure to last. Our lot is a challenge, with a steep downhill slope, and it wasn't a problem. Dean and the crew were great to work with. Easy to communicate with, punctual, and even started the project earlier that expected. We are looking forward to spending many years enjoying our backyard from the comfort of our new deck!

The transformation is stunning! Very nice and professional work. ( Please see the before and after picture attached!) There have been some communication problems in the beginning that got resolved very quickly! I would have liked to be asked when they started laying out the pattern of the deck or when they had to fix small problems that came up throughout this project! At the end everything turned out great! Customer service has been excellent

We just finished up a project with Durable Remodeling and were VERY pleased with their work. They provided a very reasonable estimate within days of us contacting them. They started on time and finished on time. They were super easy to communicate with throughout the entire project and were very helpful in the planning stages. I think they started last Monday and they were done by Wednesday. They do high quality work and communicate well. I actually wasn’t there during the work. That was the first time I used this company.

Dean and his crew did a great job of demolishing and removing our old deck and building a new deck with railings and stairs. Great experience start to finish. Dean came out and explained our options, pricing, etc. The final number came right in at what was quoted to us. The deck looks fantastic, and the crew did a great job of cleaning up after the job, it was like they were never there (except for the great new deck!) We didn't even have to be home during the day for them to work. Overall really good experience, would use them again.

It went very well. Dean worked with my short timeline and provided an excellent and complete quote very quickly.

I contacted six different roofers, looking to get the job done. I was only able to get my call answered/returned by three of them. Only two actually showed up to do an estimate. Only one of those gave me an estimate. That agency stopped responding after I accepted the estimate. I don't know if it's normal to have a hard time simply finding someone willing to do a basic strip-and-replace roofing job, or if I give off some kind of bad vibes, or if it was a combination of too many jobs to do and not enough good weather, but whatever. Dean at Durable Remodeling came out within three days to do an estimate, gave me the estimate (in line with others I had received) along with great documentation of the work to be done. Then, he blew me away by scheduling the work later that week; something I'd been trying to get done for almost three months. His crew was in and out in an afternoon. Very considerate. Left my yard/deck nicer than it was before they arrived, having raked up some leaves behind our shrubs to make sure they got all the roofing debris. I'll be getting the rest of the roof done when its time comes, and I'll be calling these guys again. In fact, I'll be calling them again for any of the services they provide.

I called Dean Willette and left a message. He got back to me in a decent amount of time. But, when I spoke with this guy on the phone, he was abrasive and cut off my sentences. I asked if he wanted to visit the house I needed remodeled, he said "if you wanted that, you shoulda talked to me two weeks ago". Two sentences in to the description of the remodel, he interrupted me and said " I gotta be honest with ya, I'm not interested in doing this project". No class. Don't bother with a phone call.

My experience with Durable Remodeling was great from the first time I spoke with Dean (owner) through the end of the job. We needed to replace our old rotting wood deck. We also wanted to replace some older windows in the room facing the deck, and add a set of french doors, which involved some plumbing and carpentry work. Dean was very helpful for us as we weighed the pros and cons of each decking material option as well as the windows and doors we chose. We ended up going with pressure treated wood decking because we like the old-school look of it and the cost was lower than some of the composite products. Dean quoted a few different options for us. He started the job on time, the crew was there around 7:30 am each day, and they completed the job a couple days earlier than expected. The crew was very respectful of our home and they took pride in their work, like it was their own home they were working on. Both Dean and his onsite crew were always available to answer questions and offer their opinion when requested. I would absolutely hire Durable Remodeling again. In fact, after my job was done I hired them to replace a deck and wrap all the window trim at my mother's house, and her experence was similar to mine - top notch service and terrific work product - A+!!!

We are very pleased with the results. Dean communicated better than any contractor we've ever worked with and addressed all our requests. We really appreciated how well he kept in touch with us during the process and his willingness to go over our concerns in detail. The porches are handsome and sturdy!
