Michael called and setup appointment and within the time frame that he would come. Called ahead of time to confirm arrival time within 5 minutes. They very friendly and courteous. Did exactly what was expected to be done in a timely matter and neat, clean and courteous. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs lock service.

Lev was very friendly and on time. He worked quickly. Michael called me immediately and was able to come the next day for a non emergency call.

Michael and team were professional, communicative, and timely. I scheduled an appointment to have locks on my front and back door replaced. They arrived right on time, did speedy and quality work, and charged a reasonable fee.

Arrived promptly, looked at the locks that needed to be changed, and were able to change them quickly with on-hand inventory. Price was slightly higher than I was told, but that was because I asked for a quote on simply re-keying the locks. Michael explained that the locks I had could not be re-keyed. It was also terrific that they had the replacements on them! They were in and out and the locks all work smoothly.

Michael got right back to me over the weekend to check on when I needed new locks, which I appreciated. He got in touch with me twice before my appointment: a day before to confirm the hour and a half hour before arriving to tell me he was on his way. He and Lev were very friendly and professional and I am happy with my new bolts and doorknobs.

These guys came on time very professional and the price beats all other locksmiths. I am definitely going to use these guys again. They even waived my service fee. Awesome business.
