Arrived quickly and service was good. Only problem was that, instead of releasing the lock, he had to break the whole thing, because he said it was screwed in too tight. So now, we just have a regular door knob and no lock on it. It felt like a lot of money for breaking a lock. Might have helped if the lock could have been saved.

Lev who came to our house knew his job well and replaced 3 locks quickly and efficiently. He requested that I purchase the locks I needed beforehand since it would be expensive to purchase from them directly at the time of their visit. I thought that was good advice and did accordingly I would hire them again if needed. I will also make sure that I provide all pictures and details necessary for them to quote a price before they make the trip to my house.
