Lev did the perfect job and that too before schedule. He replaced all locks with new ones and explained what type of old locks were and how new locks are better than that. Definitely going to hire them again and refer to friends.

Michael answered the service request through Home Advisor promptly. I had a big project that involved 5 doors that needed either recoring locks or putting in deadbolts. Lev arrived on time on Labor Day. He spent at least 3 hours doing all the work. He was a polite and pleasant. He also pointed out why one door was binding and showed us how to fix it. My house is now much more secure. The work was neat and clean so my doors actually look better.

Someone tried to break into the house the night before and broke the deadbolt lock to the front door. When I contacted Home Advisor, Lev contacted me by phone immediately. He was here within the hour. and had the new lock installed and cleaned up within the next half hour. All this on a holiday weekend.

Lev was wonderful, charming and fun to talk to. He arrived on time and made sure everything worked well before leaving. Mike was great at communicating, letting me know that Lev would be able to arrive before our scheduled appointment (which worked well for me!). Thanks guys!!!
