Hired this business to hanged the locks. He arrived early which was good. I called an hour before that he was fast and quick. The actual owner is the one who did the work and was professional. He had a Russian accent but was able to clearly understand everything overall and establish the work that was requested verbally. The only thing I would have preferred is to understand the cost and charge of each lock before starting but maybe I couldn't hear clearly and also the 35.00 charge was not stated at all before coming out.
